Starbrite Window Cleaning

I've had Starbrite clean my windows many times (second floor condo with a lot of windows and sliding glass doors). This time I had them do my interior windows as the exterior. The staff in the office and on site are really nice and easy to work with. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Aaron was very efficient & came early. I have several extra special windows with height & area. But he worked very diligently. The glass & screens are very clean. He never took a break while he was hear for 3 hrs. BUT I was disappointed with a few things. When Aaron walked in the door I was surprised that you only sent him to thoroughly clean my windows in a short amount of time.

I heard Aaron talk to someone about being late to next appointment. I feel he was rushed. I realize the terms & conditions said it would cost extra to clean the window sills & screens frame. When the estimate person came I felt I was very clear that I wanted my sills cleaned thoroughly. He said I would be very pleased with how shiny my windows are.

When Aaron told me he was done I looked a couple windows over & noticed the dirt on sills when I opened the windows. The wet dirt in the corners of sills was still thick. Which is where the drain hole is & the screen frames were very dirty yet. I showed Aaron & he quickly wiped all the windows again. But this dirt he cleaned was from cleaning the window outside 1st then cleaning window inside without lifting window to clean bottom edge.

But he didn't clean the wet dirt in corners. I paid the bill & spent another 2 hours cleaning the remaining dirt. I take this as a learning experience on my part. It's my fault not stressing my need of the importance of what "cleaning windows" meant to me Thank you. Cheryl Whittles.

They do a very nice job and are fast. Price a bit steep based on what I have paid in the past with them and that I only had two windows and a sliding glass door to clean, but I was desperate to get the windows washed professionally. Starbrite Window Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning all the exterior glass at the building i manage. Jose was unbelievable fast and efficient, I've had other companies clean the glass at my building before and their work was terrible compared to Startbrite. 100% would recommend them! Starbrite did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. My windows were very old, and several have delicate frames, with several years of build up, both inside and outside. Rody from Starbrite got them all crystal clear, handled them with care and even repaired minor damage along the way. He was both fast and very thorough. Also, the pre-work estimate was accurate and scheduling was very easy. I couldn't be happier with my experience or the results!
