Dave is the best in the business. We asked if he could do a rug for us and he did a GREAT job. It looked and smelled like it was new again. Excellent service, fast and dependable. With three large dogs in the house I'm sure my rugs are always a challenge. Dave promptly picks up and delivers them and they always come back looking brand new again. He has even walked me through what to do when disaster strikes over the phone. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend his services.

We called StainBusters to clean our pet-stained area rugs and sofa this week. They promptly arrived, were masked, friendly and clean! Our sofa is liveable again and the area rugs looked and smelled awesome. We learned our lesson and purchased stain protection as well, which is super cool! Highly recommended!

Dave and his crew do an awesome job and they are very reliable. In addition to cleaning your carpets and tile grout, they also do area rugs. Pick up and delivery options also exist. I highly recommend them.

I am a busy person, so for me to take the time to write this truly means something. Dave and his crew are the best! I have used other companies to clean my carpets and/or my rugs. They did a good job. The difference is Dave does a great job and does what he says he is going to do. He has done my house and office floors/rugs several times. Each time I have used Stain Busters they have been I time, professional and honest.

The last time he cleaned one of my rugs he saved me hundreds of dollars. I wanted to clean a rug and treat it. Dave took his time and told me to save my money. WHAT? Save your money. My carpet is only 2 years old. They didn't clean it at all, just soaked everything In my house. I have a six year old who enjoys Crayola washable paint and they said " it's permanent it's not coming out". I also had my capeta cleaned a year ago for only $250 and all the paint came out then, so I know this time it was just a scam for them to avoid actually cleaning the carpet in detail.

I had to throw a fit to get them to come back and do a detailed job and even then they cut corners and didn't finish. On top of that they double charged what they had originally quoted me. I asked them to honor their quote and they said " we don't like actually know what it's going to cost so that's why it's more". So unprofessional and scammy if you ask me!

I would not recommend the service. By the way, after paying $1100 when I was quoted a whopping $700, got all the "permanent" stains out with the foam carpet cleaner from target in 10 minutes.

I was excited to get our couches cleaned, so we had set an appointment with another company but I got the numbers mixed when I was calling around to get estimates, so I accidentally called this company thinking it was the one I had scheduled with and asked them to reschedule my appointment since I had company coming over and in any moment he did not mention that I did not had an appointment set up with them instead he went along and schedule me for an appointment, when their employee arrived and quoted me $395 to get my love and couch set clean, so I was like they had quoted me around $200 so I went ahead and approved hoping that my couches were going to look amazing with this price and NOPE I was so disappointed, when he was done my couches literally looked the same just wet.

I called and spoke to the owner and he told me to give them a couple of hours more so they could fully dry and I did and they still looked the same. I honestly felt like my couches were just wet no difference what so ever. Maybe it's the material that they are made off but maybe if I would of gotten a heads up not to expect any difference I would of not paid so much.

So the employee came to pick up my cushions so they could work on them in their shop, he asked how many did I want cleaned I said all of them so he took them and brought them back a couple of days later but I would thought that they were going to redo the entire couches but to my surprise it wasn't like that. I never complain or put a review but I felt like this needed one because I was honestly really disappointed with the service I received from this company: He did say if any stains came back to rubbed them with alcohol Communication is key maybe let your customers know not to get their hopes up.

So I was almost to the point of replacing my couches because the kids and dogs are GROSS! Stain Busters came in and cleaned them and made them look brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. They showed up on time, and pricing was very reasonable. Kris was very professional and did an AMAZING job on not only the couches but the living room floor too! Highly recommend would have given a few extra stars if they were available!

I had a pair of heavy swivel glider custom upholstered chairs that had been peed on by my dog. I was recommended Stain Busters because they are the only cleaners in the area that can do solvent based cleaning and my chairs' fabric required it. Dave was incredibly prompt. He picked up my chairs from my home and cleaned them in a week then delivered them back to me. My chairs are spotless and odor free! I am very happy with the service provided.

They did an awesome job at my house. I thought my tile was clean, I mop 2-3 times per month, but as you can see from my photo I was very wrong. Highly recommend Stain Busters. They were super friendly, showed up right on time and the price was right! Highly recommend.

Dave was fantastic! Fast, efficient, great customer service! We had a move out cleaning and minor repair to get taken care of, Dave was able to schedule me in a timely manor, the repair isn't even noticeable and the carpet looked great when he was done, and he was fast! Will definitely be using and recommending again!

These guys did an amazing job on our family room rug! Got all the stains out and it looks like it's brand new again! I splurged and got the protective treatment that wards off spills and I am amazed! My daughter dumped her entire bottle of milk out and the liquid just sat there on the surface and never soaked in. A definite must have with kids and pets! Rad company and amazing customer service. Will be using them again for future rug care needs.

This company is great. Highly recommended. Twenty year old off white wool carpet looks new. Brick flooring in foyer and dining room all cleaned. They are very professional, wore masks and gloves. It is so nice to know our home is clean! Thanks again, Stain Busters.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a business in my life. This "business" will purposely leave you hanging & play phone games by blocking your # when you try to find out why no one came. We tested it. As soon as we tried to call from a different # the jerk answered. Before I could say two words, when he realized it was me, he started yelling at me at the top of his lungs; "stop calling, i don't have anyone!", then hung up on me. WTF?

Hey *sshole YOU scheduled the appt. Have a SPINE and tell me your tech bailed instead of purposely blocking me and leaving me wondering what's going on after I drove 2.5 friggin hours for this job. Then you have the nerve to yell at ME after you got CAUGHT? That's what I call a male B*TCH! Don't waste your money on this place unless you want to waste your time and be treated like dirt. Stain Busters SUCKS!

I was hesitant to pay for a full deep clean on a ten year old rug that hasn't seen much wear. Wow! I didn't realize how much dust and such that it had accumulated over time.
