Paul and Diane Dehler purchased Springdale Cleaners in 1969 and began expanding across the Cincinnati area in the mid-1970s. Focused since the beginning on providing exceptional customer service, they decided to operate seven days a week, expand store hours, and invest in top-tier equipment. On top of that they lowered prices and focused on delivering fast, same-day service.

Springdale Cleaners Stinks! After a week they've lost 3 pair of my uniform pants, my suit, and a brand new dress. No manager around, no manager to talk to on phone, and no manager calling us back.. Pathetic Business I don't know how an order of this size goes missing? I cannot reach anyone at a corporate office. Now I have to take the time to go through the BBB and small claims court.

Kenwood location likes to not clean clothing I see and throw shirts on the floor when you bring them back after noticing they aren't clean. The 3.6 rating on Google seems to be more honest than this 5.0 on Facebook. I don't think Penny or any Springdale Cleaners owner can handle the truth for that matter. Do better!

Disappointed. I have brought my clothes here many times and had a great experience. Last time however they almost lost my brand new white down feather duvet and when I received it and brought it home I found it was stained all over in several areas. I had only gotten it out of the packaging and took it there to get cleaned-instead I brought it home not knowing it was stained. Will go elsewhere from now on.
