Andre did a fantastic job repairing different areas of our carpet! He explained everything very clearly. Andre was very flexible as I had called him to repair one area but when I showed him some other areas of carpet I had concerns with, he explained what the issues were and took care of them, too. In my case he fixed a major seam in my carpet that was splitting apart.

Andre with Fix My Carpets did a wonderful job repairing an area of carpet in my master bedroom that was damaged by toilet bowl cleaner. He took the time to explain the process and I could not even locate the damaged area when he was finished. I do not plan to have any more damaged carpel, but if I need additional carpet repair I will certainly call Andre. Highly recommend.

DOG DESTROYED CARPET! We returned home from a night out to find our dog had ripped up almost 5ftx8ft section of carpet as well as the padding below. Since we just adopted a new friend for him we didn't want to get brand new carpet just for it to happen again. One call to Andre and he put or minds at ease. Andre did a great job repairing and restoring our carpet. He also did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet. He was very professional. Andre made us feel comfortable during this COVID-19 pandemic by exercising social distancing, while in our home. He also wore masks, gloves and shoe coverings. We will definitely work with Andre again in the future.
