Most of our customers get their windows cleaned two to three times a year. We do have customers who have us clean their glass once a month, and others who have us come but once a year. Our service does include the cleaning of your frames, exposed tracks, and sills. Hidden tracks can be cleaned as well a small additional charge.

I used this service for the first time and I was very disappointed. I was charged over $800 and one guy showed up to do a 5,000 SF house. The glass was clean, but I paid extra to clean the screens & tracks, which were less than 50% clean. Also. one of my screen doors is broken, several window screens were broken and one window shade was broken. The worker left all the debris on the floor for me to clean up!
After calling to complain, I received no apology. The same guy came back the next day & fixed the shade & clean a bit more, but the tracks & screens are still not clean & my screen door is still not working.

DO NOT TRUST the good reviews or this company. Bradley was unreliable and confused throughout our interactions. Even to the point of sending me an invoice for work that was never completed and at one point telling me over the phone that they had already finished the work at our home, when the truth was they had never even shown up. Sparkletime also charges much more than the other vendor quotes I received for the same scope of work. Take your money elsewhere, there are many options in the valley and this should not be one.

I called because I saw there 5 star rating on google and wasn't disappointed. Very fair quote and professional on the phone when discussing job details. They showed up on time and didn't leave a spot on our gross windows that had decades of buildup on them. It was money well spent. I highly recommend Sparkle Time Window Washing. After a summer of splashing in the pool and the monsoon season, my windows needed cleaning badly. I was referred to Sparkle Time, and I'm thankful. They were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. They actually answered their phone, and I didn't have to wait for a callback. I was quoted a great price, and they were out in two days cleaning my windows.

We bought a condo and the windows were filthy! Caked on dirt, grime and muck. Gross. Thanks to Sparkle Time our windows are crystal clear and absolutely beautiful! I used Sparkle Time and they did a good job. I gave them a referral for my good friend who now uses them routinely. Unfortunately for me when I called back to rescheduled another cleaning I was told by the that they were not coming out to my area for a few weeks. He promised to call me back in 2 weeks to schedule me and I never heard from him. I called back several times and left a voicemail message. I never received a return call or a thank you for the successful referral. Too bad. I will not use them again!

I have had this company clean my windows for8 years. After this year, never again. Broke a screen, bent the frame on the house, never cleaned the sills, had to come back for streaks, and costs lots more than previously. I had referred them to several of my friends and they were very disappointed this year.

We called Sparkletime just before Scottsdale Christian Church was shooting a promotional video. Our building is has three complete exterior walls of glass. Makes for a beautiful building, but a real hardship when trying to make sure the windows are free of streaks. Communication from Sparkletime was great, I really appreciated the follow up. The tech was prompt, friendly, and was super efficient, and left us with beautiful windows inside and out. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a window service look no further, Scottsdale Christian Church would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Bradley and Pedro are awesome. Highly recommend this company. Pedro offered to take a few minutes to cut off some palm fronds that were making access to one of the windows tough. Another company (during another wash) just said, "We can't clean that window as we couldn't access it." Pedro went above and beyond and earned a little something something extra in the process! Have used them two times and found them to be prompt and courteous. Bradley has been accommodating with scheduling and worked with me in getting a friend of mine onto the schedule. Aaron and Matt do a good job of cleaning and making sure I know what they're doing and pointing out problem areas. The windows do "sparkle" when they leave.
