I had some tough and hard to get out carpet stains. I attempted several times to clean it myself but gave up after I realized I made it a lot worse. I was too cheap to call a carpet cleaning service but after I called these guys they not only got ALL of the stains out(including my mess) the price was way better than I expected! I had some flooding recently, and my biggest concern was that the carpet would get moldy. I called Shreveport Carpet Cleaning and they not only dried and cleaned the surface of the carpet, but lifted it out and applied a mold guard on the underside to prevent any hidden growth. Awesome service, I highly recommend them.
