I called ServePro (Freehold)to get estimate since i have some mold stain on rim joist not too crazy or serious. These were from previous home owner and found out after I renovated my home. I called them and email my mold inspection report, took over a day no one email or call me so I follow up. Lucky I had a previous sale rep # i reach out to her.

She was nice but not the brightest. Took them over a week to finalize the report and now is been over 4 days the Sale rep been trying to send me the report to 2 diff emails and she keep getting rejected, I even check my SPAM. I told them I already rec emails from other mold company. Long story short, Serve pro verbally quoted me $20k and is been over 13 days I still have not received their proposal.

I reach out to local mold company njmold.com, will do it for $2400!, I called them Tues about my mold and they started Thursday morning (2 days turnaround) while ServePro still cant provide me their proposal. Servpro is a big chain and legit but if you have to pay out of your own pocket i wont used them unless you go thru your home owner Insurance. $20K vs 2400. you be the judge.

I was really disappointed to learn that my basement storage unit had Category 3 water contamination due to 3-4 feet of flooding, caused by Hurricane Ida. In recent years we have employed their business several times and at very reasonable price they do an excellent job. They response very fast, and are successful and never leave a task unfinished. Service was great and fast but at the end, after all was cleaned up they shampooed the carpets, spilled an oily substance on a portion of the carpet and never called back or returned to remove it. Spoiled an otherwise good experience. ADDED: After posting review above they called and returned and fixed the spill. All's good now. Recommend them, reputable, fast and reliable. As I said before, otherwise good experience. Flood damage is upsetting, but they made the experience less stressful and their employees are great.

These experts have saved us twice! Our house was overflown by a broken water pipe last year. They could clean all the water and placed it all right. Approximately a month ago in our kitchen we had a grease fire. Again, the expectations are surpassed and our fresh kitchen looks better than the old!

The team was very thorough in their approach for cleaning. Right from the beginning to explain the process to completion of the job. We were explained that billing with be done to insurance so that we don't have to run around. There were some minor logistics issue when they can come by but it was resolved soon. We are happy with their work and recommend them to others.

We had a small fire that created BIG smoke.you wouldn't believe the amount of greasy black soot that infiltrated every nook and cranny. This office was recommended by our insurance company and I'm so glad I took their recommendation. They arrived quickly, calmed me down considerably, and the next day arrived like the cavalry with 6 or 7 people who, in two and 1/2 days, accomplished what would have taken me two solid months on my own. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and their hard work.
