I was able to get an appointment when I wanted and got prompt call backs and notifications of when they would be at my house When they came they were quick and made absolutely no mess setting up and did a GREAT job. A couple of difficult stains remained on some very light colored carpet. They were very pleasant and came back the next day to get those out We were thrilled with their service!

Sam Schemmer was recommended by a septic service who could not solve our problem, a frozen pipe under our driveway apron. Problem solved, and it took hours including sloppy wet snow at the septic tanks nearest the driveway. And, he cleaned up the wet floors in our house. Later we learned from the Historic Site Manager at Split Rock Lighthouse that Sam has solved septic problems there too.

With hardwood floors throughout our home, we have rugs everywhere. Many of them are too large to effectively clean myself.especially having had 3 dogs and a couple of cats who seem to also like rugs. Anyway, I was looking for someone with whom I could drop a rug off for cleaning, and I found Schemmer's. I gave Roger a call, to get a quote. After he asked me a few key questions, he gave me a reasonable ballpark price range.
I agreed to drop the rug off at their place, but they do offer pickup/dropoff for a small fee. Their staff was very helpful! After giving them the necessary details, they sent someone out to my vehicle to haul the rug inside for me. They were flexible about pickup, once the rug was done. The cost was right in line with what they had quoted me - which was a lot cheaper than buying a new rug! They were all friendly and good to work with. I will likely be bringing another rug or two there soon, as I cycle them out.
