Grant is a one man operation and he takes his work very seriously. He pays attention when you are speaking and answers any questions you have with respect and expertise. He shows up on time and does a great job. The carpets are left wet, but not drenched like another company we have used. We reschedule our next cleaning before he leaves. If you need to contact him, it's best to send a text message versus leaving a voicemail.

Each time that we have used Safari Carpet Cleaning, Grant has done an amazing job! I have four kids and a dog and all of those spots that I though would be impossible to get out were gone! He is very thorough in his cleaning and very quick. I just realized that he does grout and tile, we are calling him for that as well! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed with this service.

My previous tenant had 2 cats and a dog the grout in between the tiles were black. I thought this was normal. Grant came in and cleaned the tiles and the grout was brown again! I was completely shocked. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend his services. Getting your tiles professionally cleaned is something you normally don't think about, but it should be done every couple of years or so.

This was completely a spur of the moment desperate search to have my area rugs cleaned, which were considerably "loved" by dogs. So I found this service and decided to at least inquire. Needless to say, the owner was extremely helpful and nice and gave me a quote for my rugs and I immediately made the appointment. So on the 29th of September I had my rugs finally given the tlc they so deserved!

The gentleman will text you before he arrives and he was extremely nice and professional. He even came about an hour or so earlier, so that was seriously nice! All I had to do was place my rugs out on the driveway (or garage) and he managed the rest! They look and smell wonderful and it really did not take him very long at all! Now I'm quite sure the time frame completely depends on how dirty each rug is.

He also said to let him know if any of the stains come back within a few days, and he'll come back to touch them up no problem. So seriously, I'm keeping this business card on file. And yes, I do recommend and I'm GRATEFUL for anyone else who is willing and able to do things for me that I normally can't do or just don't have the time to.

I highly recommend Safari Carpet Cleaning. Grant cleaned our carpets in seven rooms a couple of days ago. I'm completely satisfied. They look like new and smell fresh! This is the third time I've used Safari and have recommended him to friends and family who have also used him. He is very professional, on time and knows his business!

I have called Safari Carpet Cleaning twice now and I know I will never call anyone else. My carpet is very old and stained badly from pets, kids and other things. I also sent him to my daughters home that needed cleaning just bad. I used other carpet companies throughout the years, but none of them could get my carpet as clean looking as Grant with Safari, and all the stains out for the most part.

Grant was awesome. He called me back with a quote within minutes. He was able to clean my carpets a few days after I called. He showed up early. It only took him about a half hour to do my living room carpet. Living room is an oversized room and he did not charge extra. He also did our small hall for no extra charge. Best experience. This is the 2nd time I have used Safari Carpet cleaning and both times have been great. He is easy to schedule with and on time. My carpet had some stains from rug tape that I thought would be permanent but he was able to completely remove them. My carpet looks and smells great. I also had him clean my upholstered kitchen chairs that had stains from kids spilling and they look brand new. Highly recommend.

Our 108lb dog marked all over our brand new carpet with a thick pad and we very poorly tried to fix it with a vinegar hone remedy. The whole house smelt like dog pee and vinegar. In minutes they had it smelling better and got it like new quickly. It was the lowest quote I received and the best carpet cleaning service I've received.

This is the second time that Grant has done our carpet cleaning for us and this time he also, did our floor tile. Moving is the pits. I recently moved out of a home that had only one room with carpet. I promptly went on Yelp to get some quotes for carpet cleaners and Safari was quick, easy to book, and very affordable. The room was whatever before and now the carpet looks pretty damn decent. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was early for the appointment and made the entire process easy breezy. Definitely check them out for your carpet cleaning needs!

After getting several quotes for my tiles I chose Grant at Safari Carpet Cleaning because first impressions are everything. He was the first one to respond to our request for a quote. He came out that same day to inspect our tiles and the quote was reasonable. We waited on other companies to respond but they seemed very unorganized when returning our call and had no customer service skills! (I won't take up the rest if the review writing about the other companies) Grant was very professional. Told me what products he used and having two young kids in the house I was assured his products were safe.

About 1000 sq foot of my house is tiles. After the work was done he allowed me to inspect his work. Wow! Amazing. It was as clean as when we first installed the tiles 4 years ago. Excellent company, for punctual and knowledgeable. I called Grant out to clean my tile, it's definitely seen better days. The grout was black, I actually thought the previous owner actually used a dark colored grout.... and then Grant cleaned it. That's when I realized it wasn't black grout, my kitchen and bathrooms are actually brighter have being cleaned. It's brought life back into the house. Nothing but compliments for Grant and safari carpet cleaning.
