Technician arrived to clean my area rug and his equipment was not working so he couldn't do the job. They only offered a $20 discount if I wanted to reschedule. I've declined. This company is completely unprofessional and it's doubtful the quality of work would be worth the charge. Would encourage everyone to find an alternative service for anything this company offers.

Used this service for cleaning a modern area rug. The rug was complicated with approx 1 inch protrusions across the entire surface (pencil rug) and our representative was amazing. Sean came over on time and did a very good job of applying shampoo and steam cleaning our rug. The best rug cleaning service in Houston. Will definitely use them again next time.
