Our high level of professional cleaning - maid service is possible because of the constant involvement of the two owners of the company, Michael and Dale Reed. At a time when sincere dedication to the idea of excellent service seems rare, Michael and Dale take special pride in offering you unmatched value for your money.
Many businesses find it more economical to employ or commercial cleaning service rather than doing it themselves. We provide all same cleaning as described in our residential cleaning services. We offer our commercial cleaning service during normal business hours as well as after hours service. Another thing that makes Rub-A-Dub-Dub stand out from its competitors is again the fact that we are a full service cleaning company. We have a state-of-the-art truck mounted steam carpet cleaning machine to clean carpets, upholstery as well as steam clean tile and grout.
Your key is identified with only a number. There is no name or address on the key. The key is kept in a secure locked storage device. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your cleaning. The team leader returns the key at the end of the workday to the owner, who then locks it back in the secure device.

I dealt with Mike and Dale and were totally and completely blown away with the job they did in our condo. The carpet looked to be beyond saving and they managed to give it a new life. Used Rub-A-Dub-Dub for my apartment move-out cleaning, including carpets. GREAT communication. Returned my calls promptly and got me worked into their busy schedule very quickly. The teams showed up for both the apartment cleaning and the carpet cleaning appointments right on time and finished within the expected timeline. Mike went above and beyond when there was an issue with the water valves in my apartment, by directly contacting my apartment complex to communicate with them about the problem. I would definitely use them again for future needs.

I wish I could give more than five stars to Rub-A-Dub-Dub for the absolutely incredible level of service they provided to me! I reached out to Mike to get a quote to clean a former rental property, and rather than give me an estimate sight unseen, Mike took the time to go to the home and see it in person to provide the most accurate quote possible.
He did this incredibly quickly, and his estimate was extremely fair for both time and the price quoted, and a written document detailing exactly what cleaning was to be done was provided. I was also on a quick turnaround to get the work done, and Mike was able to accommodate the dates I requested. On the day the Rub-A-Dub-Dub team arrived, I was provided with timely updates on their progress, and they did a fantastic job with how thorough they were cleaning the property - the home looked great!
After Rub-A-Dub-Dub left, it was discovered that one room needed a small amount of additional cleaning. A quick note to Mike and he was back the next day to finish up the work - talk about going above and beyond for the customer! Thank you Mike and Rub-A-Dub-Dub for the great work and for your outstanding business ethics. I highly recommend using this company, five star service (or more) all the way!

I've used Rub-A-Dub-Dub for one time cleanings as well as regular service over the years and I am continually impressed with the work they do. Their attention to detail and professionalism (both the cleaning crews as well as office staff) is top notch. I wouldn't consider any other service in town. They're the best!

About to sell the house and after 10+ years, it needed a good cleaning! Rub-A Dub-Dub did everything: power-washed driveway, walkway, brick house; scrubbed tile and grout; cleaned carpets; washed all windows inside and out; cleaned every part of inside of house (cabinets, floors, walls, oven, fridge, bathrooms, etc). Good prices. I had to reschedule the cleaning, and they were fine with that.
The owner showed up just about every time - to work and/or check up on progress. Super responsive. The folks working with this crew were all stellar - good people, asked and answered questions, made sure I was happy with progress and the outcome. Everything was great the first time around, but I suspect that if there had been a problem - it would have been resolved immediately. Very happy with our choice of Rub-A Dub-Dub.

Maybe I am used to a very high level of professionalism and customer service, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We had an appointment for 10 AM, and they showed up 45 minutes early. I was not ready for them to show up, and still had to get a parking pass for them, and do some other last minute things. I live near sorority row, and anyone who lives here knows parking is slim and hard to find.
When I scheduled the appointment I made the company aware of this and we agreed that I would get a parking pass and do what I could. When they showed up there was limited parking (what's new), and when we were on the phone with the company trying to figure out what was best, he was doing his best to be kind, but was very rude. He mentioned he had 20 houses to clean that day and that maybe we should just reschedule to when it is better. Reasonable, but when you have been aware that parking is limited, and set a time anyway, telling a customer that is not very considerate. Oh, and then when we finally found metered parking I had to go pay for their spot, while being rushed about being told that they have a long day ahead of them.
Then the cleaners complained for about 10 minutes about how they had to drag their stuff up our 3 floors, waking up my roommates. Incredibly unprofessional behavior considering we had told the company it was a 4 by 3, 3 story townhouse. After they got settled, things were fine and they did a good job, but the cost was unbelievable. We were given an estimate before they showed up (which was already higher than normal where I am from) for a 4x3, and at the end of the day they only cleaned a 1x2 with a kitchen and living room and the price DOUBLED.
How does that happen? Oh right. They charged us for those 45 minutes of driving around looking for a spot. Last I checked, showing up 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment (appointments are scheduled for a reason) and then making us pay for something you had been forewarned about is completely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Also I paid for parking, so.

Rub-a-Dub-Dub has cleaned our house every other week for the past six years. Their cleaning crews are prompt, courteous, professional, and they always do a thorough job. They vacuum all carpets and mop all tile floors, dust the blinds, dust and clean all table tops, counters, and cabinet surfaces, clean appliance surfaces including the top of the stove and drip pans, clean sinks, tubs, shower, and toilets.
We also have Rub-a-Dub-Dub clean our carpets annually. We've only had a couple of concerns in six years, but these have always been promptly addressed. Excellent and reliable service at a good price.
