We had two absolutely terrible interactions with a manager here. The first time we attempted to have a dress cleaned and fixed the manager tried to charge us and return it to us without the dress being fixed. The manager was convinced it had been fixed despite his coworkers confirming it had not been touched yet. He was then extremely rude and condescending to my wife so we left a bad review.
We returned a week later because it is the most convenient location and had good experiences previously, but the same manager was there and continued to be rude yelling at us and almost put his hands on my pregnant wife. I would highly recommend going elsewhere until this manager is replaced. He does not know how to handle any conflict and is extremely rude and disrespectful towards women.

I've been bringing my dry cleaning and shirt laundry to Royal cleaners for over 45 years. I've also lived all over the country and been to many dry cleaners. Royal is by far the best I have ever experienced. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I live in New Hampshire now but go out of my way to bring me clothes to Royal. Well done and thank you very much!

The staff at Royal Cleaners is amazing. The store manager is very personable and helpful and has a gift for making everyone feel welcome. I had a few hiccups in my search for a dry cleaning shop here in MA when a coworker recommended I go to Royal Cleaners in Framingham. They went above and beyond. They were able to restore my silk dress and my wool skirts. Their seamstress was able to fix one of my favorite dresses; the repair is almost invisible!
