Rite Touch Maids

This is my second time using Rite Touch Maids and I am always impressed with their quality of work. I had three wonderful ladies do a deep cleaning in my home and they did an amazing job. They were professional and punctual. I would recommend Rite Touch Maids to anyone looking for a professional cleaning company. They will not let you down!

Contacted them for an estimate. Someone named Nick replied back after a few days and left me a voicemail to call him back. Since then I called at least 3 times and left 3 texts but no reply. Then finally Nick calls back about a week later, saying 'I'm sorry but we don't do Lilburn area' - however, on their website it clearly states that they do Lilburn area.

He says it maybe a mistake. I asked for the manager's or the owner's contact information, he says he can't give that information out. Overall, terrible experience.would never use this company for any cleaning!

First time I have used a cleaning service at my home and it needed it. Very very pleased with job, both ladies worked for several hours, house immaculate, very polite and professional! Going to clean every two weeks. Service: Deep clean

NEVER EVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I hired them to clean a house I'm renting out and upon hiring I brought my vacuum and put it in the home along with other cleaning product. When they were done they asked us to check the property and the cleaning was okay, didn't scrub under toilets and in corners but over all did a okay job! Paid 415 and when they left my son wanted to vacuum the floor because he dropped cookie and our vacuum was no where to be found! GONE!

I called and they said they were sorry and would return it promptly. They said they use the same kind of vacuum and it was their mistake and nothing, called two days in a row and today a week and a half later they email me saying they don't have it! Smh! DONT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS.

Polite and punctual staff, however I was disappointed with the move-out cleaning service. I was not present during the cleaning, so the cleaners secured the home and left before I could see the competed job. When I returned, I was completely surprised to see crumbs on the kitchen counter, a completely untouched pantry that hadn't been swept or wiped down, unswept floors in multiple areas, drawers that were not cleaned and surfaces that were left untouched and dusty.

I sent photos of these things to customer service and they offered to have the cleaners return and clean again or a discount on the service. I did not have time to wait for yet another cleaning, so I spent an hour cleaning up what they missed and accepted the discount. I prefer that things be done right rather than making waste with haste and presenting discounts for shortcomings. I would look elsewhere for services if you want it done right the first time.

Belinda and hubby came out to my new home in Lawrenceville and made a truly unsightly looking sun room and garage look like new! They went the extra mile and this was so appreciated. Service: Deep clean

Rite Touch handles both locations for our company and does a wonderful job. The communication is very simple. The follow through is spot on. We simply don't have any issues. For years we tried to do things ourselves and got to the point where we needed professional help. It was one of the better decisions we've made in our 45 years. Booking the appointment was a breeze, the front office staff is very personable but the actual cleaning was one star. I had them return but they still did not do a good job. We had sold our house and I was running between the old one and the new one and did not have time to babysit the service. Apparently they have an A crew that does great work, they just didn't come to my house that day.

Ordered this less than 24 hours before we needed help with a move out cleaning, and on a Saturday for my brother. They came through, great customer service, and the cleaning was awesome too! Thanks!

I hired Brite Touch Cleaning to clean my mother's rental property before we sold it. They did a thorough job, even scrubbing an area in the kitchen that the former tenants had left pretty filthy. They were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

My last appointment was from 10-12 and they showed up at 9:59! I'm a perfectionist and have a bit of OCD so good reviews from me do not come easy. My move out inspection went wonderfully.the management was very impressed and commented several times on how clean everything was, I'm such a fan, I plan to hire them to keep my new place looking top notch! They exceeded my expectations. First of all, their website makes booking and paying for your service very easy. It is a flat rate based off the number of bedrooms, and then you can add specific items that you would like done which are not included in their flat rate, so there are no hidden fees. I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions.

I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean.but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush.

Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles.

I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! I am sure everyone Melinda hires is screened by her high standards, but her crew members Brae and Michael were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

I could not say enough good things about Melinda and her company. They are very professional and thorough and lovely to work with. These words are inadequate: they pay attention to every detail. Not only is everything amazingly clean and good smelling, all the pictures on the wall are straight and every little nook and corner has been put in order.

Our home shines with the care Melinda gives it. Moreover, her prices are clear and extremely fair and reasonable. She and her crew have amazing devotion to their tasks and their service is amazing. She always does a walk through to make sure I am satisfied--I have never had to ask her to correct a thing, but I know she would do so, gladly and completely.

As I said I cannot say enough good things--do yourself a favor and hire this wonderful company. You will never be disappointed. PS: I love that she uses pet safe and earth safe products. Also she has a tool for every task. Just wonderful.

Brite Touch Cleaning Company is the best firm I have ever used. I have used lots of cleaning services for my short term rental property so I know this company is a gem. I hired Brite to clean my boyfriend's home after he moved. The two gentlemen who arrived had an excellent level of attention to detail. The kitchen was immaculate, from the cabinets to the appliances.

I have been using Brite Touch for 5 or 6 months now. They have done an excellent job in my home. It is a pleasure to deal with Melinda. She is very responsive to any requests for changes in service scheduling and is always concerned with making sure that the service meets or exceeds expectations.

Hire them...you won't be sorry. I have gone thru allot of illness and needed someone to come in and do a deep cleaning so I could at least get it back in shape so that a daily dusting woud do it....the owner is so personable and the staff...very professional, polite; and hard workers. The wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything. A+...will definatly use again!

I cannot recommend Melinda and her team any higher. She is always on time, uses green products and consistently makes our home shine. With two big dogs in the house our floors get mighty dirty but Belinda takes great care to ensure we are happy with her work. We have been with Belinda over a year and she continues to raise the bar of her standards.
