If it's raining do you still come out? Yes, we work year round in all types of weather. If the weather does not permit us to work, such as snow or freezing temperatures, we will contact you by phone or email on the day of your appointment to reschedule. Do I need to be home for my service? You do not need to be home if your service is all outside work, because we will not need access to the inside of your home.
This was the second time I have had work done by Rick's Window Rangers. Regarding the most recent work, Rick and his son arrived as scheduled and efficiently treated my roof and washed my exterior windows. I definitely will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
