I called Randy's Carpet Care to address some stains created by our puppy. They were big stubborn stains and Randy's went above and beyond to make sure the cleaning was done properly and the results were fabulous. I used Randy's to clean some stains off of my couch cushions. They did an excellent job. I asked them who cleaned them and they said Brendan Updyke. If you need any stains removed from any cushions, rugs, or anything like that I highly recommend having Brendan doing them! Service: Pet stain & odor removal

Mike always does an amazing job! He is professional and pays attention to details getting out many of the stubborn kid stains that occur in our house :. I have been using Mike to clean our carpets and rugs for 15 years, he's the best! Today he had Jerry training with him and they both did a wonderful job! Highly recommend. We used Randy's to clean our first floor carpet based on recommendations from others. The cleaning job was outstanding and the technician was knowledgeable, courteous and capable. Due to a problem with the carpet itself that exhibited itself later that evening, we had to call the office the next morning and ask for help solving the issue. To ours surprise, Randy (yes, the owner), came to our house that afternoon and corrected the problem which in turn allowed us to move our furniture back. Excellent service and customer care from the technician all the way to the owner.

I don't often post reviews, but this couldn't go unnoticed. Mike came today, fixed/stretched a piece of carpet, cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms and a few other little cleaning items. He was pleasant and did exactly what I hoped for. Very reasonable price. Randy's called prior and requested I met Mike with a mask, Mike also had a mask on. It's hard work to complete with a mask on, so thank-you Mike. I will recommend everyone to Randy's Carpet cleaning!

This company did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpeting, including the stairs going downstairs. The technician was friendly and cooperative and VERY mindful of our protecting our house from any accidental damage. The carpets are spotless, including a large spot that we had tried to clean up previously with absolutely no success. I would highly recommend Randy's for carpet cleaning!
