Purple Cactus Maid Service

My first time ordering(UberEATS) from them I got the Chicken Burrito but in a bowl and it was good, good portion and very filling. Only thing I was upset about was not getting my can of soda (sprite). 8.6/10

The food was just ok. Too many beans and the pork definitely needed more flavoring and salt.and my guacamole I paid extra for wasn't there.

Purple Cactus never fails. Food quality is always good and the atmosphere is nice. Everyone is always so kind.

Hit or miss these days. Ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and received zero to no chicken. I'm starting to notice that when the owner is there that some of the ingredients/portions get smaller. Also ordered and paid for extra items that were missing. For nearly $12.00 I would like what I paid for.but seriously where's the chicken?

It's been a while since I've been here. And I did not regret my return. Delicious smoothie and wrap. Good service. Clean space, which of course is always appreciated.

This place is a model small business. The employees are friendly and well-trained, the food is consistently good, and the owners pay their staff properly without relying on tips to subsidize wages. All of these things make a palpable difference in terms of the overall vibe. I'm proud you're part of the Jamaica Plain community.

We have been going to Purple Cactus ever since it opened and continue to enjoy their salads and burritos. My all time favorite has to be the Santa Fe Chicken Salad with a side of chips. I never order anything else it's just too good to pass up! Please keep patronizing Purple Cactus so it never goes away!

Very clean place with a very attentive and efficient staff. I came here not sure of what I would want so I asked for what would she recommend, she said the Steak Burrito so I went for it, with hot sauce. Very good indeed, steak was juicy and ingredients fresh. I sat at the table on the corner and went downtown. Not too big, not too small, just ideal for me, way better than Chipotle. The lady came back to check on me and ask if it was good. This is one of the reasons I like supporting local business, they care.

Horrible company. It took five days, five different crews, and five attempts to do a 8 hour cleaning job on a rental unit. It took 5 weeks to get an invoice and credit card receipt. The owner is rude, profane, threatening, and unprofessional! They don't even deserve 1 star!

I was hired by a property management company to re-clean a house that Purple Cactus had done. Their quality of clean is very poor; in every room they missed baseboards, edging, inside of drawers, left kitchen appliances still dirty, and food and hair on surfaces. I feel bad for the tenant that hired them, as their work was completely unacceptable.

I have been pretty satisfied with this company but you should know they do not move furniture.not even a little bit. I did not know this until I reached under my couch the other day and it was disgusting. I always leave a nice tip and left a note. They told me that if I moved the furniture they would clean under it. So I took them from a weekly clean to an every other week clean so I could get someone private who can do deep cleaning.

I do appreciate Purple Cactus brings their own supplies. They do surface cleaning, and actually did an outstanding job cleaning the inside of my refrigerator. You can leave them a wish list and they will get it done. Just remember you do not get deep cleaning from this company.

THE WORST PROFESSIONALISM I EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME! Scheduled a "move in" cleaning at $35/hour, told price high because they use much more materials & more thorough than standard weekly cleaning. Arrived late with limited allotted time to clean and 3 girls gabbed the entire time! Their standard of "clean" for a maid service was ridiculous. I had to re-clean almost everything they SAID they cleaned, literally used an entire 12-pack of paper towels just wiping doors/trim/cabinets, etc.

When I called company to advise I was unhappy with their standard of cleaning & have pictures to prove, Purple Cactus would not issue me even a partial credit. Our 2nd conversation ended in the Purple Cactus representative hanging up on ME - the unhappy paying customer! Wonder where the workers learned their unprofessional behavior?! Call a professional company!
