Progressive cleaning is amazing! They do such a wonderful job and take really good care of every area of my home. I rarely get time to do such a thorough clean and with the ladies at Progressive cleaning I never have to worry about that anymore. I cannot recommend them enough! The prices are high which would be fine if the work they did reflected the price point. Also, the management is very unprofessional!

I'm honestly shocked that a company like this has managed to stay in business with its horrific customer service and questionable business practices. I've used this company a few times to perform move-out cleanings at my rental property in Alexandria. Today, I contacted them to schedule two upcoming cleanings. The Receptionist, Jason, put my cleanings on the calendar, confirmed the details and took my credit card information to "secure the appointment." I asked if he was able to extend any discounts given that I'm having the same property cleaned twice in less than a week. Jason stated that he would speak to his "supervisor" and contact me back.

He proceeded to call me back and stated that he was cancelling both cleanings and that the company refused to provide service to me based on the fact that I made a complaint about the unprofessional behavior of one of their cleaning crews during a past service. I asked him what kind of business refuses to provide service because a customer has filed a complaint regarding the totally unprofessional behavior of one of their cleaning crews. Jason proceeded to lecture me condescendingly about how this is a "capitalist" market and that the company can deny service to anyone they wish to.

Those lessons on capitalism will come in handy when the economy sinks into recession here shortly. Hope the business is able to weather the storm. I would not recommend using this company based sheerly on how they treat people. Do better.

I requested cleaning service several days ago via website and they did not have the common courtesy to respond.

Progressive Cleaning Corp. did a phenomenal job cleaning my place. I was able to schedule cleaning services on very short notice, which was a huge life saver. The ladies were so nice and THOROUGH. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was blown away by their attention to detail throughout every single room. My place looked so good that I didn't even want to sit on my furniture when they finished cleaning. I highly recommend this company for cleaning services.

We hadn't had a cleaning service since we moved into our new home and badly needed it. Progressive cleaning provided a deep cleaning service and it was fantastic! Worth every penny. We plan to use them every other week to keep things spotless. Wonderful company and fantastic service!

I enjoyed having Progressive Cleaning clean my home. It ended up being spotless and makes certain for return of security deposits in apartments. The only thing I will say is that their business practices could use some work. After giving them my card information to go ahead and book the appointment there was confusion on how I was paying. Please do not reach out to someone through voicemail requesting payment through Venmo, Cash app, or Zelle when a card has been placed on file to be charged for services.

I did not call back because it definitely made me uncomfortable and borderline felt like harrassment. Their quotes are hit and miss as well where one price is discussed, but then on their services page pricing varies. Work on the business practices and you all will be fine. For future reference after a card is placed on file to be charged do not request customers to Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle it can seem like you all are paying people ubder the table. Update the owner reached out to me asking me to change my review due to a 4% merchant fee she was trying to offer. So not only are you asking me to not give a honest review, but now are trying to get me to change what actually happened. I'm good FIRST AND LAST!

I asked for an estimate for a deep clean in October and was called back pretty quickly with a reasonable price. Three ladies came out on time the day of the cleaning and did a phenomenal job! I was so pleased with how well my house was cleaned and how good it smelled from the products used. The ladies were absolutely thorough and if they moved items, they put them back in the same spot. Thrilled with how well they did and asked them back for a routine clean in December before a party. Another excellent job well done! Highly recommend!

I have used this company for years and when COVID hit I moved to a new location and was yet amazed and satisfied with the cleaning they produced. When my family came to visit during the holidays they were so happy with the cleaning that they have decided to go with the company. Please continue to keep up the great work!

They performed a move out cleaning on my apartment and were great. They were right on time and it only took about 2 hours for my 1br/1ba. The place was so clean when I left that my previous landlord actually complimented them when they reviewed the place. They were even very flexible when I had to change my date about a week before the service. There was a minor billing issue but they were very transparent about what happened and they let me know when I accidentally overpaid.

The progressive team was able to complete a last minute "move out" cleaning for us! The apartment looked new when they left and we were very happy with their attention to detail! When I had questions Jason was very understanding and professionally answered all of them. We'd definitely use their services again! Highly recommend them!

They indicated they would send 3 people but they only sent 2. at the same rate. So it ended costing more, but they did an excellent job. Probably will not rehire because with me you have to deliver and provide what you say you will unless I am notified in advance of any change.

I've used Progressive for the last two years, and I recommend them to friends. They always do an excellent job. What made them stand out to us is their flexibility. With both my wife and I working, our schedules can change at the last minute. Progressive has always been reachable and accommodating.

Evelyn helped me book a deep cleaning service with her team and she was very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. She sent over a team of 2 cleaners who were friendly, communicative, and thorough! I booked the cleaning service for my parents who are both seniors with chronic illnesses that make it difficult for them to thoroughly clean their apartment.

This was my first time having them to do a detail cleaning for my empty home. And I am not impressed. Pro: 1. Maids arrived on time. 2. Great communications in terms of scheduling 3. Did a good job of cleaning the fridge, oven and stove Cons: 1. Overrated and high price for a below average Quality of work 2. My house is pretty much empty and there are couple areas that I don't even need them to clean but it took them 2.5 hours.

They missed certain big areas like main cabinets, closets, bathroom.like how can you miss it? I think it is because I was out for 2 hours and they were just chilling and taking their time 3. It is kind of like a show when you are around them and you thought they are doing a lot of cleaning but if you look closer later, they don't even do much cleaning. Dusty areas and places you found are untouched. 4. They don't focus on the areas you ask them to clean. They can't even complete the work.

Great service, staff are super friendly and were here on time and started right away. Results are amazing, and everything is super clean. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing cleaning company! I was in a rush to have my house cleaned before moving to Arizona and Evelyn and her crew put me on her schedule immediately and did an excellent job. My realtor did a final walkthrough of the home after we left and was amazed at the thoroughness and attention to detail on the home. They've cleaned my house a couple of times and I am always amazed at the detail that they go to. I inherited a collection of tea pots I have not touched them since I put them on the shelves they took each one down and dusted it off. They manage to get all of the animal hair off of my sofas. They even clean the lampshades.

I scheduled an appointment for 9am they said traffic might be bad so lets please do 8am, Several days later they decided to reschedule without letting me know for 11am. Offered 7% discount to apologize for their mistake. Thanks for wasting my morning! Highly recommend to avoid, I have used them in the past an this is just unacceptable business.

I highly recommend this cleaning company. They were very thorough and addressed areas that were tough to clean when you have pets. They were professional and responsive in their communication and transparent about their fees. Thank you!

I do not recommend this company. Quality of service and cleaning has declined significantly over the years. Poor cleaning and poor value for the money. I own rental properties and have hired and recommended this company to tenants looking for a move-out cleaning service. Based on the most recent job they performed at one of my rentals at the end of June 2020, I will no longer be hiring or recommending this company.

They left behind filthy floors, full of grime and dirt along baseboards of the floor, kitchen floor was filthy particularly along the bottom of the refrigerator and under the cabinet overhang -- basically areas you don't "see" unless you bend down to inspect. This is not deep cleaning. I had to go over and wipe baseboards, clean floor vents (full of cobwebs, debris, dust, dirt), and wipe down surfaces such as walls, doors because there was still grime on it.

I started using Progressive a few months ago and have been very happy with their service. When I come home, my house feels like new again! They pay great attention to detail and are committed to doing a thorough job. The cleaners are lovely people, who care about their work.

I called this company asking for a deep clean for a three bedroom 2 bath home. The price that was quoted over the phone was $260-$300. They asked for my credit card in advance to secure the appointment. Upon seeing the home, if the cost was going to be MORE than the quoted price, it should have been addressed before they started the work. The cleaning crew they sent was wonderful and they did an excellent job.

We tipped the cleaning crew of three $20 each. At our request they only cleaned two of the three available bedrooms. Upon completion of the job, no mention was made about additional costs. The company sent me an email invoice for $426.80 with a remark please call if you have any questions. This was the first I heard of the extra charges, and as I had already given them the card number over the phone, my account has been charged.

My advice is to get the cost in writing before they come to your house and don't give them your credit card number to "secure the appointment." Also, $426.80 plus tips to clean a two bedroom home is too much.

We have used Progressive Cleaning for almost 2 years now. They did the initial cleaning of our townhouse and we kept up with the service twice a month. The house is always sparkling clean when they leave. The ladies are very pleasant and do an excellent job. They are very responsive to my emails and calls. I would highly recommend them!
