There are some permanent stains that can't be removed with conventional cleaning, not to mention wear, tear and age that we can't do anything about. Color changes caused by bleaching, dye stains, fading and shading just to name a few, can't be removed or changed by regular cleaning, and we won't promise you that we will.

They were able to work me in at the last minute to clean carpets before I move in. Very courteous, professional and friendly! They go above and beyond to do an excellent job. They even get on the floor and scrub stains with cleaners for the specific type of stain to try and get them out. The person living there before me left the carpets filthy and now they look and smell clean! I'd recommend them to anyone who needs carpets cleaned!

I had my first experience with carpet cleaners today. I'm so blown away! Proclean Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Mineral Wells Parkersburg Vienna did such a great job! I have my own shampooer, but never seem to have the time to tackle that job. I'm so happy, it feels NEW again! The stains I struggled with were no match for them. A+ service and would highly recommend! Will definitely be using them again!

Did a great job cleaning our basement carpet and steps. With all the rain the drying took a bit longer so they brought fans out. Very responsive. I was absolutely so pleased with Proclean service. They stretched carpet in one room and had to move furniture in order to do it properly. We also had carpet cleaned in three rooms. They were so careful with the way they brought their equipment into the home. I was so pleased how everything turned out and could not be any more satisfied with topnotch service and professionalism. The men were. professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job! I have 2 long haired dogs who once in a while have an accident. The carpets are free of stains and smell so fresh! I was pleased to receive an estimate digitally and a reminder by email yesterday. Today I had a text letting me know they were on their way. I've used Pro-Clean for the past 8-9 years and their work is always superior! I highly recommend this service!
