Princess Maid Service: House Cleaning

Had to update my initial review. Great team of people! Took a while to get a hold of someone to book something and they had temporarily shut down online booking. They also got my house cleaning time confused with my parents' (two hour difference) however their attention to detail is impeccable! Seems they might have a few logistics to work out, but their service is great!

Princess Maid did an excellent job cleaning my home. They wore masks and gloves which made us feel comfortable. Furthermore, The team worked nonstop and were pleasant, making it a great experience overall. We look forward to their return!

I just had my first cleaning with Princess and I am impressed. They were very friendly and worked hard, my house looks great. I also love the online tool that gives reminders and notifications, when you are on the go, it's a great way to keep on top of things.

I just had my house beautifully cleaned by the Princess Mails. They are very accommodating and do a marvelous job. Very friendly and get right to work doing the job. I have them on a monthly basis and the rate is what I call very reasonable. I love it when they come.

Princess maid sent two people to my house to clean for me, they are a part of an assistant fund who helps people undergoing treatment for cancer, I get two house cleanings at no charge. Wow! I was so pleased with their services and the two girls they sent out were very friendly and worked hard. I think I will definitely keep them on after my second cleaning. Thanks again for your generosity in helping me at a difficult time in my life.

Great service! It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule. The team arrived right on time. They were very pleasant and did a fantastic job. It's great to have a sparkling house! I have used Princess Maids for several years, great company.

Beware of this company. I hired princess about a year ago to do a deep clean of my elderly mom's condo. They did a beautiful, thorough job. The place was sparkling. Fast forward to now. I hired them to return for another almost $250 deep-clean of my elderly mom's home. The two women who came did the BARE minimum. To call what they did a "deep clean" is a joke.

There was still dirt and dust everwhere.the tile floor, rugs and countertops. Nothing at all was sparkling or gleaming. On top of doing a horrible job, they actually almost emptied my mom's large bottle of Method cleaner, without asking her. Totally unacceptable. It's scary knowing that someone like that was left alone in her home. My mom actually called them the next day to complain, and one of the women returned. Unfortunately, she did another totally half-assed job and the place looked barely cleaned. I was so tempted to call them and demand a refund. My advice would be don't trust these people in your home or waste your money for a bad cleaning job.

UPDATE: the company returned my call; it was some sort of scheduling mishap on their end. They remedied the mistake by sending the cleaners the following day, with a discount for the inconvenience. They did a great job at my home and were very friendly. I would use them again as long as the scheduling issue wasn't repeated. I was scheduled for a first time cleaning this morning with a two hour window for the team to show up.

When the window passed, I started calling the two numbers listed on the website. No one answered either line (and I tried multiple times over the past hour and a ha). I emailed their customer service to see if someone would be showing up - no response (when the website says average response time is 14 minutes).They sent two confirmation emails over the past week, so you'd think they'd be well aware of my booking.

This is a waste of my morning waiting around, and I also specifically scheduled this cleaning because we're having an event at our house and now there's little likelihood that I'll be able to get anyone in here before the event. I'll update my review if/when I ever hear back (and they ever show up), but this is a pretty lousy first impression, and my credit card better not get charged for this no show.

Just got out of the hospital and my father was returning from FL after the winter. I didn't have the energy to do cleaning that needed to be done so I booked Princess Maids for a one-time service. They showed up early and did a fantastic job. Baseboards, picture frames, etc in addition to the bathrooms and floors that I really needed.

I had this service for years and was very happy. I even gave the ladies that came to my house great gifts for Christmas. The only thing I didn't like was how Nelson (the owner) would cancel my cleaning with no notice or change the time to his convenience. The last time they came to my house they were 2 hours early and I was not ready for them to come in so early in the morning. Nelson texted me and told me they would not be coming back to my house to clean and left me high and dry.

I put up with a lot of inconveniences but now I wish found another company sooner! He has a big turn around with help, which is why he would cancel so often. Now I know why, stay away, far away!

I've used this cleaning service twice now for initial deep cleanings and I have been thrilled with the results both times. The women who came are punctual, professional, and diligent. This past time, three women cleaned for three hours without stopping, and my house has never looked so good. I will absolutely use them again!

I've been using Princess Maids for almost 12 years (I live in Andover). Ana and her team are incredibly professional, excellent at what they do, and even work around me when I work from home on some days. They come every other week and I trust them completely on days when I'm not here. Nelson is a pleasure to deal with at the office and they are always flexible if you need to switch days. Also, they will easily fit in additional jobs if you need them done and will always do the extra touch to make things around the house look better (not just clean, but nice, extra special) so that when you come home, the house looks perfect.

Awesome job. Great service. Good price. Pristine LLC was having employee issues. Signed up online and two days later the house is cleaned. Highly recommended if in the Chelmsford area.

Princess maid service does a very good job. Ana and her team are great. The cleaning is very thorough which is important to me. They are very efficient and as such the cleaning does not have to take up your entire day. The products that they use seem very natural--with a dog and a young child this is very reassuring.

Great service! Malvina and Ana were so kind and professional. With insanely busy schedules and 2 young kids, my house was getting scary. They did a fantastic job with the deep clean and I actually shed tears of joy when I walked through to see their work! Nelson and the office staff at Princess Maid Service are extremely diligent with scheduling and with their explanation of services etc. The housekeepers are friendly and obviously very good at their jobs. They clean everything you could possibly think of, but if you leave a list of more odd jobs, they have thus far accommodated everything.

I really hate to say it but I am not entirely sure one of the workers who cleaned upstairs didn't steal a bunch of my jewelry. Haven't been able to find it since they were here. Anybody else have this concern?

I would not recommend Princess Maid Service. The team members are not properly trained in how to clean. The job was a light clean at best. Items were not moved when vacuuming or cleaning the bathrooms. Owner was not willing to work with me in order to resolve the issues experience, even when he admitted that his cleaning team was at fault. I had princess maids out twice even though I was dissatisfied after the first experience. I was assured that the problem would be resolved at my 2nd cleaning. The 2nd cleaning job was even worse than the first.

Very happy with the customer service. The schedule coordinator Jason Cafua was easy to work with (phone/email) I have bought various cleaning deals for different cleaning companies and this company was easiest to deal with. The cleaning was good enough, they will do what you ask. I asked them to clean the inside of the fireplace, they didnt use their vaccum (fo fear of it getting choked), but were more than happy to do it with my brush pan, so I am satisfied Their crew can be a hit or a miss.

The deal was for 3 times cleaning and of the three times, two were good, in one of the cleanings, the ladies 'forgot' to clean one of the bathrooms, I got hold of them as they were leaving, they were nice and came back to finish it. These guys work really fast, they can miss a spot or two, but as long as you point it to them, they will be happy to clean it. So satisfied overall!
