Prime Time Window Cleaning

I told these guys to leave me alone. I still get countless emails and robo calls to this day. I have warned you.

They rescheduled me at the last minute, then the worker arrived on the original day but two hours earlier than planned. He told me it was going to cost $80 more than the estimate "because there were more windows" even though they looked up the house online. Then he stayed half the time he was supposed to and did a cursory job: one hours work for $240? And he was unpleasant. AS ANOTHER CUSTOMER SAID THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Set up appointment. The crew came at the preset time. they sat in their truck for 10 minutes and left. they had tried to call me so I called them back. They said they would return in 10 minutes. They never returned and were rude on the phone. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.

Dennis Pashin with Prime Time came to my home and did such a thorough & quality job. 95 windows, inside, outside, removed screens and cleaned each carefully and by hand. Then climbed 3 stories on the back portion of my home and cleaned the gutters on the 2 story front. Hard working young man & worked 12 hours for this big job. Neat and clean, trustworthy. Thank you!

There was a miscommunication between what I asked for through Angie's list, and what was provided on the initial quote/work performed However, I expressed my discontent with the experience and they were very prompt to respond and rectify the situation the following day

They cleaned our house windows. A good price and did a great job.

Nope. Don't let them come when you're not there. They'll send photos but there will still be a clog in your gutter. They'll come back when you're not there and say it's fixed. There will still be a clog and you will continue to hear the drip drip drip after the rain hitting the aluminum vent.

My experience with Prime Time goes back many years - only for window washing. I have to say the staff they send are hard working and get the job done well and quickly. I really should have them wash my windows twice a year, not just once, as it makes such a wonderful difference now that I'm home more often. I do recommend this company.

I had Jonathann from Prime Time cleans my gutters and my flat roof of forzen leaves and black walnut pods. He filled garbage baags of all the detritis and was very thorough. I will use the company again.

Yesterday Primetime Window Cleaners came as scheduled & did a wonderful job cleaning all 15 oversized windows in our home! You could hardly see the car in the driveway through the window yesterday because of dirty windows. I recommend them!

I've used Prime Time Window & Gutter Cleaning twice this year to get the dust and crud off the outsides of our windows and they did a stellar job. Prompt, professional, reasonably priced. The technicians double-checked with me before they started on exactly what I wanted done and not done, both times (different guys = consistent company value). They sent me pictures of the completed work, which I appreciated. We have some fussy windows with raised grids on them and they handled those beautifully.

I want to hope that my experience with Luis' gutter cleaning fiasco was an isolated event. I do think Will Dron (owner) is an honest business person and they did try to remedy the situation each time with Luis cleaning the wrong house's gutters, then trying to shake me down for double the amount. They did refund my credit card(even though it should have not been on file or charged in the first place).

I want to believe that this company's ease of booking and professional and competent power washing with fair pricing is how this company does business, not like my recent experience. They do try to remedy bad situations and maybe this was just a rogue employee. They still get 1 star for gutter cleaning because I lost trust in their honesty, but they get 4 stars for the previous power washing job.

I have been using Prime Time Gutter Cleaning, twice a year, for many years! They do a great job & are reasonably priced. Your home is a big investment, so you need maintenance to keep it that way. Cleaning your gutters, protects the bricks from tuckpointing being eroded & leaks getting into your walls. Add this company to your "To Do List" today!

I was quoted $140.00 to clean my gutters. Person named Uri showed up and was very abrupt and seemed to be in a hurry. He spent exactly 30 minutes from arrival to departure and told me he had to clean 5 down spouts for $50.00 dollars extra. He left a dirty mess of drained water on my driveway and mud clogging the down spout on the side of garage but I don't think he even went near the gutters on the back of the house. Finally, he chastised me for how bad the gutters were (that's why I called them!) and charged my credit card saying Prime Time would email me a receipt. Never got a receipt in my email. $190.00 for a 30 minute job? I wouldn't call them again.

These guys were great. Prompt, gave a call before they showed, explained anything that they recommended and the extra cost (my commercial space is in a historic building so I knew it wouldn't be straightforward). Completely transformed my space.

I requested a quote and they came out the same day- two men came out and whipped through my whole house in a little over an hour- about 25 windows. Everything is sparking my house is so much brighter!

The mission was accomplished as desired. I asked for before and after photos and the job was well done. I was charged a little extra for 1 down spout. This should be clarified/asked/mentioned when quoting estimates. They also arrived an hour before scheduled. Still pleased with results and will use again.

First time we used Prime Time and impressed with their window cleaning service. We asked them to only do the outside and what a difference especially on a sunny day. We will use them again and maybe have them do the inside and outside next time.

Prime time was able to schedule outside window washing same day which I really appreciated. My original company flaked out on me and didn't show up. The guy did a great job in the windows. My only minor complaint was that the frames/edges of the screens he cleaned were still dirty and needed wiping before we put them back. But in general I was happy with the service.

Called and made an appointment. Joaquin cane out and did a great job! I have new windows that needed cleaning and he got the job done. Gutters soon - once the leaves are done, and I'll have them back next Spring. Highly recommend!

I was a bit disappointed, because I had an appointment set up for 10am to 12pm. I never received a call to say that they were going to be late. The guys didn't show up until about 530pm. I was quoted $80 on the phone but when the guys came i was told $130. I was happy with the service so I would recommend to others. Just I will be making sure that they are on time next time.

This second year using Prime Time for gutter cleaning. They are the best. Came out as scheduled and finished the job exactly as I wanted. Service person was efficient, courteous and competent. I feel comfortable going into winter with leaves gone.

Window washer was great ask for Adrian. Management way off on their estimates. So beware and make sure that they are including everything in their estimate. They were the least Expensive over the phone but way out of line when they Gave me the Final Bill and It was a $100 more Then you were d. It's so frustrating And I won't be taken advantage of By this type of business practice.

I've had Primetime do my windows for at least the past three years now. Perfection and professionalism every time. So appreciative of their service! Highly recommend!

This company cold calls people and pretends that they have done work for you in the past. They portray themselves as a legitimate company and then sends their workers to your house who not only do a lousy job they over charge you in the process. I talked to the so called owner Will and all he does is give you the run around. Do not use these scam artists who prey upon elderly people. The worst part is that they keep calling you over and over after you have told them to stop. DO NOT USE!
