They were so good! We had Keith and he was so professional and very thorough! He cleaned our travertine floors which is the entire downstairs. He also cleaned an oriental rug, and the carpet upstairs. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this company! I will definitely use them again! I have used Premium Carpet Care for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the job they do. They have cleaned my carpet, kitchen floor, fabric recliners, fabric chairs, and our fabric sofa. Keith is super thorough. He always quotes the price before he starts the job; there are no hidden costs when it's time to pay like with some other businesses.

The wait time to get the service done wasn't long at all. Richard was our technician and he did a great job! He was a hard worker and explained everything in detail, gave us the final price before moving forward and our carpets look and smell new! We will definitely use Premium again! I am now considering them for a grout cleaning on our tile floors.

I have never used a professional carpet cleaner before. These folks were phenomenal. The guys came out and were very efficient and professional. My job took only 65 minutes! I wish they had been able to get the lint out of my couch, but the floors look amazing. Great people and great work. I recommend them!

This was by far the best carpet care u have ever had and it was hard work for them. Cannot believe how beautiful, and right to the wall clean it was. What I liked the most was there was no smell at all just like new carpet. Will have this done every year, like going to get your car washed and realize the difference between a wash and detail clean. I highly recommend this service.

We've used Premium Carpet Care several times and, each time, we have had a wonderful, professional experience with them. The prices have been reasonable, they offer promotions that we get to take advantage of, and the services are friendly and done with care. Each time we've used them, I am really pleased with how much they do to work on those "problem" spots and stains, and how great it looks and smells when they're done. Wouldn't use anyone else for our family's floors!

Wonderful company! He came out same day and worked around our time. Worked very hard on each stain. My mother in law was also there and she was so impressed that she got his card to come do her house. Not only do they do a fantastic job, the owner is also very nice and professional. Well worth the money and they are also very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!
