Quick turnaround. Very reasonably priced. I like this spot because it's in a very convenient location and you're in and out in less than two minutes. Never had a quality issue.

I definitely would recommend that you go somewhere else. I wish that I had read the reviews before I went there.

Until now I have been dedicated to Premier dry cleaners. However today I downloaded coupons from the website then visited the cleaners. I picked up my cleaning and presented the coupons. I was told that they are no longer accepting the coupons! Why don't you take down the coupons from the website rather than just refusing them? I think I'll start going somewhere else from now this seems a little dishonest and possibly false advertising.

I would NEVER recommend this place for shoe cleaning. My suede boots (which were in good condition) came back looking worse than when I dropped them off.almost comparable to mange on a dog. Any tried contact with the owner/manager of this business was initiated by me. I waited weeks for a response with absolutely no acknowledgement of any kind on my inquiries as to when they would be done, an explanation as to how this could have happened or even an apology.

The only thing that brought a quick resolution to the issue was the threat of returning to his business every day an causing a commotion in front of other customers. Bravo sir, in this age of social media your poor customer service and lack of communication has earned you terrible reviews wherever I can post them!

Things happen and sometimes there is nothing that you can do to prevent them from happening. Grace is something that is in short supply and is not given as readily as it should be. One should not hurt ones livelihood over one bad experience.

Had cigarette smoke odor on our clothes 3 times. 1st time, I thought I imagined it so I didn't call. 2nd time, I called. They offered to redo but I had aired the shirts out by the time I reached them. 3rd time, I was livid! Same driver involved but he tried spraying the bag with minty airfreshener. The 7 shirts smelled of smoke! I called. Got an immediate pick up for a free redo.

They were returned, smoke free, by the same driver. I had asked for a call from the owner but never received one. Guess they don't care about retaining customers, only their drivers.

I used Premier for several years. I found them to be dependable. They actually know how to iron a shirt. They always replace my buttons without being asked. Their business is tough because no one notices how well they do until they screw up. In my case, over ten years, they didn't screw up. I'm trying to think of anything negative I could reasonably mention, but I can't think of anything.

They charge more than the grocery store dry cleaner but they're definitely worth more. The staff at the Willoughby store are very friendly. They always made me feel like they cared about me. I moved my office out of the area, so, I'll miss them.

This place is so unprofessional and disgusting. The business is practically run by teenagers. My husbands shirts came back with dirt all over them it's extremely unsanitary. Also the place needs updated it's falling apart. I don't reccomend you go here go to Jaydee's cleaners instead.

Premier has been my cleaner since I moved from Medina in 2013 where Jimmy owner of Superior Cleaners was way above the competition. He did his own cleaner, not sent out. He was amazing. Fast forward. Tim Blankenship, Premier Cleaner has been my cleaner since then. I want someone who is not a garment collector but actually knows how to clean the garment. RecentlyI cam back from a trip, with gone color silk pants that the waitress in an upscale restaurant had spilled steak juices all over me. Amazingly Tim saved the slacks and got every trace out.

Last week I fly home on the airlines. My trusted and not inexpensive luggage had airplane grease covering the front of the bag. It was ruined, unusable and I needed it for upcoming Thanksgiving travel. I took it to Tim and he made no promises after seeing it. Again, miraculously he got every drop of grease out from the entire bag and some old dirt too.

This is the type of cleaner you want to use. People like Jimmy in Medina and Tim Blankenship@ Premier Cleaner who work magic. So next time you think of using a cleaner, pick Premier. My father-in-law passed away and we needed to get the jacket he wanted to be buried in dry cleaned. The jacket was leather. It usually takes a week to get a leather jacket cleaned, because it needs to be sent out. I explained that we needed it back in two days. He told me to bring it in and he will take care of it. He was the only cleaner that would be able to get it back to us in time.

I picked up the jacket. It looked great! It was very dirty when I brought it in. When I went to pay him, he told me not to worry about it; that it was "no charge". Unbelievable! That was not expected. My wife and I were so grateful. This is the first time I had used this cleaner. It is good to know that there is a local business willing to go the extra mile.
