Our new basement carpet had been stained by our pet and the carpet had a horrible odor that we couldn't get out. We called Precise Carpet Cleaning and they called us right back and got us set up for for an appointment. I was initially disappointed with my upholstery but Rich was extremely helpful in explaining the issue and correcting it. I am very pleased with Precise Carpet Cleaning. All of the personnel are professional, efficient, prompt, and personable. They did a super job on my carpet, and returned (pleasantly!) for stubborn stains. My only regret is that I didn't know about them sooner! This is an amazing service. The guys were on time, even updating us when they were en route. They were efficient and thorough. All of our carpets are very clean now. They took the time to get any stains out that were there. Our 16 year old carpets look almost new again.
