Ppw-Perfect Power Wash

My patio turned out perfect and the garage doors too. There were a few areas on the house that are still not clean. The technician that did the work was great. Very informative and polite over the phone.

Tyler was so polite and nice. His workmanship was excellent. We had used other companies to pressure wash and seal our concrete but their quality of work did not compare to Perfect Power Wash. I would highly recommend Perfect Power Wash

We were happy to have PC clean the outside of our home. They did a nice job and were careful and diligent. We will likely hire them again. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because when I made the appointment by phone, I jotted down everything that was supposed to be cleaned. One of those items was the front porch brick pavers about 13x 15.

That wasn't me asking the appointment setter.it was he who clearly stated that the porch cleaning was part of the pricing package. It's what ultimately made us lean in their direction to hire them. The tech that arrived did not clean the porch and when asked, indicated it was not included in the pricing. Clearly it was, according to my conversation with the appointment booker the day before.

I didn't pursue it and I let it go. However, I was a little disappointed and in retrospect, I should have pressed harder at the time of cleaning or at minimum, should have called the scheduler back to discuss.

The job done on our 2 year old house was satisfactory. We had only 20 minutes lead time from message they were coming until they were on site. We weren't home and couldn't get there in the 30 minutes time they spent doing the cleaning. It was raining and the following 2 days wet and snowing, so we couldn't see finished product right away. The cost is on the high end.

Garrett was extremely friendly and thorough. I had been living out of state for a few years and my curb appeal had dedicated been neglected. I had my fence and garage doors done. Boy what a difference. They looked like new. I will definitely use this service again. They are pricey but it was worth it.

They were unable to completely finish cleaning the roof due to it's height but offered more than a fair credit. The house and the roof that they could reach look amazing. Our technician was very cordial and had great attention to detail.

James did a fantastic job with washing our home as well as washing and sealing all sidewalks, patios and the driveway. He was very professional, detail oriented and a great communicator. We appreciate the care he took to ensure that our job was PERFECT!

Seen them at neighbors so watched them. As I was cutting my grass. After 10 15 min decided to go ask tech about there cleaner solutions, cost, ect. Asked if they could schedule me. He said sure soon as we finish this we'll start on your house. That was a great answer. So they did mine did a walk around after they finished. Was a very noticeable change also the two man team were very nice. so I signed up for the return every year to lock into price. Also when they return can have them do concrete drive and sidewalks. Or roof or deck, fence or house again. Highly recommend PPW. See ya next year .

Great job and superior customer service. Only issue is that they didn't notify me they were coming until an hour or so prior to arriving. There was a car parked in the driveway and water to outside hose connects was turned off. Had I not been home they would not have been able to complete their work.

Incredible service! My house is over twenty years old and has only been power washed once before. So, needless to say, it was in need of a good cleaning. Most power wash companies use the strength of the power washer to clean the house. Perfect Power Wash uses a safe power wash with a light spray and a biodegradable cleaner. I was very pleased with this approach to cleaning, as I was originally nervous that power washing could cause some of the paint on the trim of my house to chip.

While the team was here, they also cleaned the roof. There was a couple of stains in areas were rain travels the most. The cleaning they did removed 100% of the stains. All I can say is - WOW! My roof and my vinyl siding haven't looked this clean in over ten years. These guys really did a great job and provided it with excellent service. I highly recommend the team at Perfect Power Wash.

The technician was great and explained very well. I do not like that if you don't use a credit card, they want you to send a check for the full amount before they come. Even the Better Business Bureau doesn't recommend this.never send money before a job is performed! That is why I gave them four stars!

Professional worker did a great job washing our house! Keeps our siding in great shape. Michael was a great worker. He made sure everything was clean. We were very happy with their work

**Update** My 2/5 is now a 1/5. They sent a second gentlemen out to revisit the area of concern. I was told (what a salesmen told me on the phone originally) that there are limits to their power washing services, and anything that was not cleaned the first time (such as dirt that wipes off with your finger) is "not a result of a lack of effort on their part".

I was told I would have to scrub those areas myself, because they don't. This gentlemen spent roughly an hour cleaning only my porch (none of the other areas of concern) and then left. When I emailed Perfect Power Wash to express my displeasure, I was "assured" everything they did was correct, and that was that. They will not address the fact they ruined my driveway with uneven applications of sealant, which now has my driveway looking a splotchy mess.

Stay far away from this company if you want power washing services. Look for people that actually care about the quality of work done, and customer satisfaction. Not a company which is okay with Fraudulent Misrepresentation, so long as they have your money. I echo the concerns of a previous review - I was excited to come home and see how clean everything was, however there's several spots that look as if they were not even touched.

Some of the dirty spots could be wiped clean with my fingers, so I'm perplexed. I reached out and let them know where I stand, as far as the value per what I paid, so I will update this review should they decide to take action.

My parents had their brick home and concrete power washed today. You can't even tell anything was done. All of the brick looks the same as yesterday as well as the concrete. There is even moss still in place that you would think would have been removed by even just a water jet from a hose nozzle. This is a fully brick Cape cod home and somehow they were done in less than an hour.

But I can't spot more than one or two places that look like they were even cleaned on the entire home. Update: quick reply and action from the company to come out the next day and take a look at the situation. Very appreciative of this and will update upon outcome. They definitely seem to be on top of making sure their customers are satisfied. They ended up spending a good deal of time recleaning areas of concern. Very thorough and great results in the end. Appreciate the company going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Unbelievable! They came out and power washed house a day and half after I called. Gave me estimate when I called. Only took an hour to do whole house.amazing! My house looks like it has new siding! He even cleaned window sills as I requested (pretty sure the valpak ad said sills included). Awesome company! Corey couldn't have been anymore professional and extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone without giving it a thought! Might be a little pricier than others but well worth it. FIVE STARS!

We had an issue with damage. It was significant and the company did everything possible to completely take care of the issue. Jason from the Norton office took care to communicate regularly and follow up with updates until the issue was resolved. He was very professional and conscientious. i was very impressed with Perfect Power Wash. they truly stand behind their services.

The overall professionalism and commitment to their customers is impressive. Customer service is not always a priority for companies these days and it was refreshing to experience it. We had our house, driveway, porch and walkway all cleaned with the concrete areas sealed. The 2 gentleman that came out to do the work completed everything in just a few hours.

The house and concrete areas look amazing. We had been getting algae/mold on the north side of the house this took care of it. The concrete is cleaner and you can definitely tell the sealer is working due to the water beading up on the surface. Our experience with Perfect Power Wash was Awesome! and we will definitely be using them again.

Was pleased with the service. It was a blessing to be able to set up service and actually speak to a person. Eric was knowledgeable and knew what would work best for vinyl siding. I called on Tuesday and had our home washed on Friday. Bradley did the job at my home. He was very courteous and down to earth. He did a great job. It was a pleasure to meet him.

In a world where contractors make promises and never show up, it was great being able to have a commitment fulfilled easily and without drama. Great job! Also, the senior discount and willingness to do a smaller job was so much appreciated. My only concern is the white water marks that dried on all the windows. Window washing time. Thank you.

Like night and day! This stuff is like magic, can completely transform a space. These guys were very professional, prices were reasonable, the guy who did my place was very young but well trained. Took his time to do a stellar job on my siding, front walkway, and back patio. Just make sure you move everything out of the way before they come else you'll have to spend time after cleaning it.

We had just gotten mulch a week or two before they came, and the wash blew it all over my porch furniture, solar-powered garden lights, etc. Nothing a damp cloth can't handle, just would have been less labor intensive to move them from the start. Also have them seal any concrete/wood to prevent dirt from getting stuck in the pores again. So worth the money! They are running a 20% off special the month of July since now is slower for them, spring is the busiest so you'll likely pay more then.

Lamond took very good care of our house. We had our roof, house, and front porch done. He was careful and concerned about our house and our patio items. He was polite, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He also discovered a birds nest in our dryer vent and removed it for us. So thankful for that. It was a mess. I would highly recommend PPW for your next service. I swear you could have seen our house from outer space last night. It was so bright!
