The crew was efficient and friendly. We were not able to use the coupon because I did not see the restrictions in small print. The area they cleaned was less than 300 square feet, we were upsold a product to get rid of the stain in the living room. Looked beautiful when they finished but sad to say the stains and traffic patterns we paid extra for came back in three weeks. Will not be using them again. The bill was over $300.

Wry polite and professional staff, everyone from the owners to the Techs who cleaned the carpet. Very very good job and very attentive to our needs. We tried other services and sorely disappointed until we found CARTER'S and now, year after year, we have them come out at least once. They use guards to care for the door jams against their hoses and wear booties WITHOUT having to ask them. They always send a team of 2 which and are prompt in arriving. I love the fact that my carpets are always dry to the touch by the time that they leave!
This means NO WET SOCKS and no mildew growing in my carpet. They have an additional stain protection that I always get bc it keeps my carpets looking fresh and new until they come back. Finally, they get into the edges between the carpet and the baseboards which really, really make a huge difference in making the entire room "shine".if a carpet could shine; Give them a call bc you will NOT regret it. They are superior to the others.

Andrew was timely and very professional. We used Carters Carpets to help alleviate the smoke and ash accumulation after being evacuated from the Caldor Fire for 3 weeks. Carter's scheduler understood our urgency and scheduled us quickly. Andrew was also evacuated from the fire and yet still came to work to help others through this time. We are so thankful for him and Carter's Carpets! I do not remember our carpets ever being so clean and fluffy. Their service has tremendously helped with the smoke smell from the fire.

Sam was amazing, we so appreciated him coming out on a Saturday and he did a fantastic job. He was polite, courteous and helpful, and was able to create a plan that worked with our budget and still provided the services we needed. He was an absolute professional. Over the years we've had other companies clean our carpets and upholstery, and while they did a mostly satisfactory job, I didn't realize that it could be better than satisfactory. The two Carter's young men arrived promptly, explained in detail how they were going to clean our carpets and how they were going to use a different method to clean my large wool area rug.
They were very careful while moving my furniture aside. After finishing, everything looked beautiful as they moved everything back in it's place. They even removed a small spot on my light colored sofa with no charge. A pleasant, easy experience. I am definitely a regular customer now!
