We provide Mold Remediation (removal, cleanup and repair) services using specialized equipment and stringent IICRC, EPA and OSHA standards and requirements for residential and commercial properties to remediate and prevent cross contamination. We have been doing this for 20+ years and have an additional 20+ years of construction, engineering and building inspection experience to give you definitive, professional answers to your issue(s). All rebuild projects come with at least a 1 year warranty for workmanship. We have experience in many rebuilds.
Piedmont Environmental is board-certified to provide a mold survey of your property and conduct mold sampling using swabs, tapes and/or air sampling equipment. All samples are FedEx'd to an AIHA Accredited Laboratory for analysis. We then provide a detailed report of the sampling and recommended remediation protocols if necessary.
Inhaling toxic VOCs in your home or work can create serious health conditions. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), these are chemicals and vapors that offgas from many types of products such as in many commercial and household products, including petroleum-based products, carpets, paints, cleaners and a variety of various building materials. Some of these can be allergenic or toxic to certain individuals.

As a Supply Chain Manager, our company was in the process of refurbishing a 36,000 sq ft warehouse, only to discover that we had a serious mold problem. After having a detailed analysis done on the problem, we bid the mitigation work out to 5 different companies. PE came in as not only the most competitive, but also, the company which showed genuine interest in explaining our options, what we might expect in additional costs, and what would be required to do the job right.
Long story short is PE delivered on every one of their commitments and the work was of exceptional quality. As a result of the first job, we subsequently used them on a separate job in the course of refurbishing a portion of one of our manufacturing facilities which had been shuttered for a number of years. Again, PE did an exceptional job of addressing and resolving mold and related problems. Jeff Mason, PE's owner, goes above and beyond in the area of customer service, and does some at a competitive price.

We highly recommend Jeff Mason and his crew at Piedmont Environmental! This excellent company helped us with horrible water damage when a creek flooded my parents house during Hurricane Michael. The creek literally went through my parent's finished lower level, filling the basement with 6' of water and mud. Piedmont Environmental performed the entire remediation process prior to the the renovation, and mold and water issues are all history.
