Ever since I have been with Peerless for many years now, there is no finer business. The entire staff is wonderful and always willing to help. They come out about 2-3 times a year because with my puppies the stains I cannot get out they have no trouble removing. They will even show me what to do in between visits. When I had water damage they did a beautiful job cleaning it up and you would never know because the it looks brand new.
Thank you to ALL of you at Peerless for always taking such good care of me. There will be never anyone like you. You are my people and for that I am grateful. Next Spring I believe we my look into duct cleaning. Happy New Year!

I have my business's carpets cleaned every few months and the Peerless team works to fit our off-hour schedule, with a friendly confirmation call the day before. Vincent always arrives right on times and does a thorough and efficient job, while being careful in maneuvering his equipment around all our merchandise.

Peerless is amazing! I purchased a nursery glider from a lady that had been well loved. The cushions needed a deep cleaning badly! I called and talked to Jackie she put all my worries to rest and assured me they could help. She was so sweet, helped me bring in the cushions and made sure they were perfect and all spots were gone when I picked them up a few days later!
They look like brand new! A big shout out to Jackie for the great customer service! It's so refreshing to interact with someone that cares! She loves helping people and it shows! Thank you! Baby and I will enjoy this glider for many night

I scheduled Peerless to clean my carpets. The scheduling process was pretty smooth and the customer service was very good. Vincent came to our house right on time. He was very polite and professional, and did a thorough job. Peerless' price was very competitive based on my experience using other carpet services. I would definitely recommend Peerless.

This is the best restoration company in central IL offering 24 hour service for water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet cleaning (tile and grout as well), general and post construction cleaning, bed bugs, and airduct cleaning. They are very particular about every aspect of their profession and have an extremely professional staff.
