Don't bring them anything if you'd like it back. Never there, never answer the phone. 4th trip here, and again they are gone, no way to pick up my suit. Lost the hanger. Worthless company

I would give them no stars if that is even possible. I dropped off a designer label dress that needed a simple cleaning in Dec 2016. It had been there without incident 2x before. About a month later, I try to pick it up and was told it wasn't there and the claim check had been voided. They blamed former employee. I made 2 more trips to the store before I was given a loss claim form and the main company's customer service number.

To this day, I've heard NOTHING from the claim for my $300 dress. I made several calls to the number, it says don't bother to leave message (I cannot make this kind of crap up) and send email.which also never got a response. I had given up all hope when in April 2018 my husband got a random call and said my dress was "never picked up". He ran up to the store, to find my black and white "go to" client visit dress which they attempted to charge us ~$10+ to claim.

My hubby strongly suggested they not have to deal with me on it and write off the charge.which they did after he rehashed the story. They asked if we would ever return and he said MAYBE but you need to call my wife to apologize.which they never did. Save yourself and your clothes the trouble - go anywhere else you can find!

BY FAR the worst! They lost a shirt of mine over 1 year ago. Tried multiple times to leave messages for management to call me and never the courtesy of a phone call to take care of it. Left multiple messages and not one word. Customer service at the store is also horrible! AVOID THIS PLACE!

We dropped off two jackets for repair. The young man working the counter didn't write anything down. When we went to pick up, the repairs had not been done. I asked this same young man if the repairs had been done (prior to checking) and he said yes. When we got home we checked & no repairs. I guess we charged $24 for dry cleaning but the one jacket had cat hair on it.

I dropped off a few mens dress shirts for cleaning and pressing and when I picked them up, they were all wrinkled. I left the worst shirt with them, to re-press but when I inspected the others, at home, they were all bad. There was absolutely no crease on the sleeves and the cuffs were all unbuttoned. I'm not sure they did anything with the shirts, after laundering them.

I won't be back. A while ago, this same place lost my bridal veil for months. Repeated visits and reminders didn't help but the veil was miraculously found when I filed a claim, expecting payment for the lost item. They didn't even offer a discount on the cleaning/preservation service, after it had been missing for months and took much of my time to track down.

I really want this place to be good since it's the closest dry cleaner to me, but I've given them enough tries over the years and they haven't improved. I'm done with this place.
