I'm a big believer in amazing customer service! This place lives up to their reputation and have won me over. I was running behind after prepping for a move and forgot to schedule carpet cleaning. It was pretty close to 10pm on a Wednesday when I contacted them (via email) and got a response right away. Even though they were booked they fit me in the next day!
