Professional, efficient, pleasant staff. I had my home deep cleaned after being away for several months. The ladies knew exactly what they were doing and the cleaning was done thoroughly in less than 3 hours. I was very pleased and will use Molly Maid again. Service: Deep clean

Long story short the $300 deep clean is not worth it. I called after coming home to notice my floors were still dirty and a room that we specifically asked to have done was not cleaned at all. I called to have them return and told them I only need them to come back and do the floors and mud room and that everything else looked good. I was told someone would be over between 1-2 to redo the floors and mud room.

I got home at 4 and they were still cleaning so I called and told them again that they only needed to clean the floors and mud room and that I need to get in the house. After coming in I noticed the mud room was still not done and when I called back I was told that it probably wasn't done because they needed to leave since I needed to get in the house. Over all this has been a headache and they clearly do not listen to customers specific requests and lack communication.

I paid $330 for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning after having some work done to my house that left it quite dusty. The 2 ladies that where sent were at my home for a little over 3hrs. Maybe it's just me but in a deep cleaning that took 3 pluse hours I exspect my hard wood floors to be moped, instead they used spray bottles to wet the floor then dry mopped over them.

My floors still looked trampled on. Mind you I just had them sanded and restained a month before I scheduled this maid service so they should of been able to bring back the shine. Oh and they were a hour late this time and more than a hour late when I called them back to do some dusting that was missed. I didn't even mention re mopping my floors(though I should have for the price)because I did it myself.

I had a whole room not dusted and windows and mirrors not wiped. There should be NO half stepping for that amount of money. AND they took out the trash but why not clean the trash cans.im talking the little ones that you leave in the bathroom. I so regret hiring a maid service. I coulda/shoulda just did it myself

Molly Maids has been wonderful! I have them come in every two weeks for the past year now and they are very professional and very friendly. They are also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Molly Maids to anyone who needs their house cleaned. I've also left valuables and medicines out and they did not take them at all so they are VERY trustworthy. I let them come in when I am not home. Keep up the great work, Molly Maids!

We are thrilled with Molly Maid. We have used other cleaning services in the past and Molly Maid is by far the best. We love our Team 2 crew! They are professional, friendly, and do a fantastic job. We have used their services for over a year now, (with a small pause during the pandemic). We are very cautious about keeping healthy. We social distance and stay essentially to ourselves.

We feel completely comfortable with having our Team 2 crew in our home. They always have their masks on, they sanitize and are completely respectful of our personal space. I would highly recommend Molly Maid!
