Octopus Window Cleaning is located in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs, home to the awe-inspiring 14,115 ft Pikes Peak. With such amazing mountain scenery right in our own backyard, most homes in the area are designed with an abundance of windows with the purpose of taking in as much of the view as possible. And keeping that view crystal clear is an important goal for most home owners! However, actually cleaning all those windows is a BIG job even for the most tenacious do-it-yourself homeowner- not to mention dangerous, time consuming, and hard to get the desired results.

My name is Adam Philipp and I am the owner and operator of Octopus Window Cleaning. I do everything from take your calls to clean your windows. I came to Colorado to get my undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and ended up falling in love with the state and the people- literally. I married a wonderful Colorado Springs girl and we decided to make this town our home.
Octopus Window Cleaning specializes in top-quality residential window cleaning. In fact, it is the only type of window that we clean. There is nothing like the feeling of perfectly clean windows on a bright, sunny day. Its like your house is completely open and you can take in all the outside beauty while remaining in the comfort of your home.
We know your time is important. That's why Octopus has simplified the bidding process by giving you access to the same system we use to complete over-the-phone estimates! Just fill in the blanks and you are good to go. Once you complete the bid and pick one of the packages, click "schedule now" to get access to our schedule and you can pick one of the available days. At that point, you are all set for your appointment.
Do you have appointments available for the weekends? Yes and no. Our service is most heavily in demand between April and August and we are typically booked out 6-8 weeks. During that time of year only, we open up the schedule to include Saturdays. September through March we return to a Monday through Friday schedule.

Adam was on time and ready to get to work. Very professional and courteous, but best of all, he did a bang-up job on our windows! He even performed a small repair on a patio screen door that would be very expensive to replace (very thankful for that!). Adam gave us helpful information about the condition of certain windows that need some work. We were just so impressed with his work ethic, knowledge and personality from first contact until job's end.

I had Octopus do my windows today. We have two stories above ground and basement windows. They cleaned all of them, inside and out, 'degrimmed/debugged' the tracks, and cleaned the screens. I'm very pleased with their professionalism, respect of my house (booties inside of the house) and at a reasonable price for the quality. Adam and Octopus are my going forward cleaners.

Adam did an excellent job on our windows & screens! We recently moved in to a house that had not had the windows cleaned in a very long time, if ever. The windows are so clean they look brand new and the screens are so clean you can't even see them. They look amazing and our house is so much brighter! Adam also repaired a couple of screens and built a few new ones for us and they match perfectly to our existing screens. Adam is easy to work with and very professional. We are so happy we will be using him again.
