I hate it when nice people do a lousy job. While the house is certainly cleaner than when they came, this was by no means a "deep" clean that I paid for. As advertised on their website, and not performed: they didn't empty the trash bins they did a spotty job on the baseboards (even after I specifically mentioned this in the estimate visit) they didn't clean all the windows, if any the ceiling fans weren't dusted And the cleaning that they did do wasn't thorough- I found pieces of dust under furniture and on counters, and they didn't wipe down all the furniture.
On top of it, they broke our kitchen trash bin spring top, and didn't say anything about it. They were also late, which wouldn't have been a big deal except they kept changing just *how* late they were going to be via text. Will not be repeating, and do not recommend.

TOP NOTCH! My wife and I called them pretty last minute, not only were they EXTREMELY accomodating (came over right when we needed it first thing in the morning), and not only were they BY FAR the cheapest option available, but they did an unbelievable job. We used their cleaning and carpet cleaning services. The place looks brand new! To add onto this, they were all SOOOO sooo sweet and nice and even accept credit card payments online (easy)!
This is one of those very rare cases where you get much more than what you pay for. I imagine as they get more popular though, they will raise rates so I wouldn't hesitate. I can personally assure you that you will NOT be sorry.
