The service is amazing! Joe is a amazing at what he does. I've used them twice, once for Carpet cleaning and another for vent cleaning. Both jobs were completed and addressed issues we had. Joe gave us an estimate the week before he did the cleaning. we felt the price was very fair. He arrived the following week, a few minutes early and ready to go. He is extremely professional. He did a great job moving things around and pre-treated a few spots on the carpet. He did a great job and I would certainly highly recommend Joe.

I was moving into a rental house today and the previous rennet did not leave it in great shape. The carpets were stained and had a very strong pet odor. I called around looking for someone who could come clean the carpets that day. As you can imagine, I was faced with many "that's not possible" answers. Northeast cleaning company's answer was "we can be there in 10 minutes!" They did the entire house very quickly and so well! They got all of the stains out and the odor is gone. I will absolutely use them again for any carpet cleaning needs.

Joe was so amazing! He drove to us in Oswego to pick up my carpet that I bought on Facebook marketplace. It was covered in cat P and it was so difficult to get the odor out. He did such a great job and delivered my carpet back to me smelling fresh and clean. I would recommend to anybody!
