Pressure washing is the most effective and efficient method to clean many surfaces around and on your home. Regular cleaning of stucco, concrete, pavers, wood decks and fencing prolongs their life. Mildew and moss on walkways, patios and pool areas cause surfaces to be slippery. A clean surface is a safer surface. Our pressure washing prices are competitive and our expertise is as good as it gets.
To gain the most benefit from your solar panels maintenance cleaning is recommended every 6-12 months. Clean solar panels provide up to 20% more power by removing the dirt and calcium deposits that block the sunlight as well as protect and maintain your investment. Rainwater or spraying with tap water does NOT clean your panels!
Typically the first time we clean your windows more time is needed for extra detailed cleaning. After the initial cleaning, the cost for maintenance services within 3-6 months is usually less. Some of our customers have just their exterior windows cleaned every 4 to 6 months and schedule the full service yearly. Whatever fits with your budget we can accommodate.
