I waited for them to show 2.5 hours past the time that was scheduled. I called 4x and every time I was reassured that the technician was on his way. After 2.5 hours I cancelled because it turns out the technician was just leaving his previous appt and it was going to be ANOTHER 30 min. Such poor communication on their part. Don't promise customers that someone will be there soon and have them wait all day.
