Nichols Carpet Cleaning

I have used Nichols Carpet for many years. They are reliable and pay attention to detail. The post about not cleaning properly or opening windows is definitely the wrong business. I asked yelp to remove the other review and they said someone else had also asked the same. But they would not take it down. Victor always leaves the windows open. He always helps lift the furniture off the carpet.

He always pre-treats the carpet for stains. He always goes over and over the carpet until the stains are gone. I have use many, many space different companies and he is definitely the best. I highly recommend this business.

I'm very displeased with the job. I came home to the floor looking the same. The guy blamed our vacuum when he should have his own -- that's standard. Second, no windows were left open. Third, the carpet looks the same from when I left this morning. I'm pissed that I paid for mediocrity.

Victor is always rock solid as other, "budget" carpet cleaners come and go. He does great work at a fair price, highly recommended.

I have been using Victor for my carpet cleaning for over 25 years now. He does a great job. Professional and excellent work. Laura is prompt with getting you scheduled in a timely manner.

If I could give six stars I would! Victor has been taking care of our carpets for almost 20 years now. He does an excellent job and has managed to keep my white carpets, white:- He shows up on time, works hard and is trustworthy. I would be remiss not to give a shout out to Laura who is also very professional! This is one small business that does a fantastic job.

Vic is my go-to carpet cleaner and I've used him for many years. Always does a great job and NO hidden costs like other carpet cleaning services once they're in the door. He also is owner operator so does the work himself. plus he's a real nice guy and lives locally. Great service!

Victor cleaned my carpets in Alamo. The work he did was simply stellar. Like the other reviewers.my carpets looked brand new after he was done. He was prompt, courteous, and probably most importantly honest and trustworthy. I had no problem leaving him the keys to my house. I can't recommend his company enough and don't plan on using anyone else in the future.

They have served several of our clients and every one has been impressed. Their team is highly professional and their service is exceptional. Mark (the owner) is easy to communicate with and his knowledge of carpet care is very impressive/exhaustive - you truly get the feeling he's passionate about providing solutions to people. Also, they are very cost-conscious and won't recommend solutions that don't payoff.

It is easy to schedule an appointment and both he and Laura are respectful of the customer needs and, perhaps, special wishes. Calm and even-tempered even when dealing with a difficult customer, he is patient and cool-headed. Nichols Carpet Cleaning is simply the best around. When moving into our rental 3 years ago our landlord recommended Victor and it's been a great experience. Having two young children our carpet tends to get stained pretty frequently and somehow Victor is able to make the carpet look brand new by the time he's done. I am honestly always shocked at how good it looks. He's incredibly friendly, punctual, hardworking and trustworthy. You won't regret hiring him for your carpet and flooring needs.

These guys are simply the BEST! Funny story, I've known Victor and his family for well over 20 years and had my carpets cleaned in the past with tremendous results. I used to clean carpets when I was a late teenager working for a friend of my father, Vic hired me around 2000 and I worked off and on for years with him. He helped me get a successful business off the ground as well.

He has well over 35+ years of experience and knows his stuff! Wonderful customer service from his office staff to your front door! Don't hesitate to call these guys, you won't be disappointed!

Well let me tell you, Victor knows how to clean carpets. He is always on time and making sure you understand the process of the cleaning of the carpets. Victor has been cleaning the San Ramon Valley Fire Departments Fire Stations the last 20 years and he does a great job. Besides the carpet he does tile also, and when he did our Station 36 it was a major difference, it is still clean after one year.

Our carpets and floors get a lot of foot traffic from our firefighters and Victor makes sure they are clean at all times. He evens has done alot of our firefighters homes and they love the results.

A GREAT one man business. Fast thorough and efficient service. Kind and caring guy. We had great conversation about life and family. I was given a clear quote over the phone and was not charged for every spot/stain etc. the wife runs the business end and communication between the two of them was great. I will definitely use him for future needs and will recommend him to others.

I highly recommend Nichols Carpet Cleaners. I've used them 3x for two different residences. I LOVE THEM! They deep-cleaned my carpet when I had an old dog who would leave, ehem, "presents" on the floor for us, and they were not only able to come out the same day for an emergency visit with no extra charge, but more importantly, they got all the smell out! (I had a baby at the time, so having clean carpets was paramount!) When we were about to move, we called Nichols again because we decided not to change the carpet or kitchen floor tiles, which were all original in the house (over 10 years old).

They cleaned it so well that my realtor was shocked and even the decorator who staged our house for Open House commented on how clean the carpet and tiles were! I would use them again, hands down.

I love when I call a small company and someone actually answers the phone instead of me getting their voice mail. :) I needed a move out carpet clean and they were there on time (early actually) and were very professional and courteous - I even asked if they could swing by my new place to clean an area rug and no problem, they were there later that same afternoon. Paying was very easy as well - and I must say, the prices were very reasonable! I will use these guys again!

First off, this was my first experience with professional carpet cleaning. So, by my own Yelp rule, I cannot give a 5-star rating (reserved for the best ever, and with one sample, that doesn't work). That said, I am totally satisfied with the price, the cleanliness of my carpet, the speed with which the job was done, and everything else. I am writing this just after they left, so if any problems arise (which I do not expect) after the treatment dries, there may be more to say. But for now, I'm planning to use them again.

This COMPANY is amazing! Not only did they make my 30+ year old carpets in my rental look BRAND SPANKIN NEW - but they cleaned my carpets on my LUNCH BREAK! They were super speedy & friendly. I would reccomend them to ANYONE & IM GOING TO! & when they were leaving, one of my neighbors walked by & said "THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST CARPETS CLEANERS IN TOWN!" & I absolutely agree!

I plan on using them every 6 months, when I move, & recommending them to anyone who crosses my path looking for a carpet cleaning service. :) SIDE NOTE: Im not quite sure where the bored woman who accuses them of damaging her stuff came from- clearly she has WAY too much time on her hands (So take it with a grain of salt people!). You never know who people are, so I would be careful bashing people on here & how much you go out of your way to try & get compensated for something you could simply just sand or slap some paint on. Dont you have something better to do? For your sake, I hope so!

Victor is wonderful to work with, very professional, and prompt too! The carpet cleaning he provides is the power steam kind - yes, your carpet gets a bit wet! - but that is what I really like, because it looks, feels and smells clean! I highly recommend Victor and Nichols Carpet Cleaning!
