We used Little Elves to clean our NYC apartment after a renovation. They did a fantastic job removing every speck of dust and making the apartment shine. We have a lot of special materials that can only be cleaned in a certain manner, and they handled them expertly and with great care. They were so easy to deal with and responsive, and even rescheduled at my request twice to better accommodate our move in time. What a luxury to have such an incredibly clean apartment. I would definitely use them again.

I had NY Little Elves clean my new apartment before I moved in, and I was SO impressed at the attention to detail they paid. I think you could have likely eaten off the floor (although I didn't try it!). Thank you for allowing me to move in to such a beautiful and clean space! I hugely appreciate it and would happily recommend them.

I did not get the service that was agreed upon. We agreed to seven workers plus a foreman for a full day. Only six workers showed up and the foreman left immediately after we did, and neglected to relay any of the instructions we had imparted. We discovered that she had left midday after checking up, and no one had alerted us to it before we checked. And because we didn't have the right number of workers or a foreman, they didn't finish the full job. We just expected better.

I have used this cleaning service many, many times both in NYC and in the Hamptons. They do a wonderful job and their crews are always polite, professional, and conscientious. I'm always more than happy with the results. Top Notch!

Very bad experience with this company and the GM, David. Unfortunately i didn't read the reviews prior to contacting them. but I agree with what the other reviews state about David and the company he represents.

I was very happy with their work. 4 workers and a team leader came to my house with all equipment and supplies, and worked carefully and rigorously for 6 hours with a short lunch break. They were courteous and very good at their work, and I would certainly use them again.

The men and women who have been helping me clean my father's apartment in order to put it on the market have done a fantastic job. I highly recommend Little Elves.

So, if I could, I would deduct the star for the posted reply. I was not notified within 24 hours that there would be no charge, in fact it took 2 revisions to the invoice and I was not credited until May 11th when the cleaning took place on April 27th. As for reaching out to Sabrina, no, I did not reach out to her because I had no idea who she was as she was not cc'd on any emails from David. David's last email response to us was at 6 PM on April 27th and the next time he responded was May 5th. Finally, take a look at the different tone from her direct note earlier today: "I regret very much the difficulty you experienced which colored completely what could have been a very good transaction considering your satisfaction with the cleaning.

As soon as customers feel they are not being heard or their concerns are not addressed I always try to step in to resolve the manner efficiently and agreeably. In this case, I was unaware. I will address the issues you have brought up with my staff. Wishing you a pleasant summer. Yours Truly, Sabrina Fierman, Vice President."

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Disrespectful and ornery. A life-long New Yorker and a repeat customer, I have NEVER been treated so rudely, There are other companies that would GLADLY and pleasantly take your business. STAY AWAY from New York's Little Elves.

We paid over 3,000.00 for Little Elves to do a post renovation clean up. They guaranteed to clean every nook and cranny. Today we actually found a wad of gum that one of the workers must have stuck on the toilet paper holder and Little Elves did not find it. Furthermore, the bathtub was grimy and the underside of some shelves were totally dusty. When we got the quote my husband wanted to go somewhere else but I assured him they were the best. Big mistake. Do not waste your money.

Total rip-off. Charged me $992 for two people supposedly working for almost 7 hours, which included $250 for supplies and transportation (must've been a limo). When I couldn't see ANY (I'm not exaggerating) results of the work, I asked the two ladies what exactly they had done when I ran into them as they were leaving. They answered that they couldn't do much because there was still some work going on at the apartment. Using that as an excuse, they basically sat there for 7 hours and did nothing.

At least that should've saved some of that $250 for supplies! When I asked for a detailed receipt of the work that had been done, all I got was a lot of attitude. They wouldn't even confirm the arrival and departure time. Total scammers with zero recourse or accountability. Or pride in their work for that matter. Heard they used to be the most professional cleaning service in NY but that's clearly behind them.

Fantastic. I couldn't let the day end without telling the owner how pleased we are with the work that was done in our apartment today. The three women were very pleasant, worked very efficiently, and the quality of the work is outstanding.better than we thought possible. They not only cleaned the mess from construction (1200 feet of new wood flooring) but they left the apartment sparkling clean.cleaner than our weekly cleaning help does.and in four hours. Will heartily recommend these angels.

They just pulled a fast one on me. David told me that they would be able to clean on a certain date (just before our move) and now I am hearing that I am on the waiting list. If he had told me that from the start, I would have made other arrangements. Totally underhanded and their estimates, by the way, are outrageously expensive.

We used them for a post-construction clean-up and we were really, really happy with the job. Our apartment is now officially spotless--even the kitchen, which had been a dusty mess. Pricey? Yes, they are. But worth every penny. Would absolutely use them again.

We just did a post-renovation clean with Little Elves -- $1,091 (+ tax) for three workers for six hours (so a total of 18 man hours). In this time, they weren't able to finish cleaning our 1-bedroom, 1,200 sq. ft. apartment. The bookshelves were completely dusty and they skipped the vestibule (which we specifically asked to be cleaned). I have severe dust allergies and when I kept sneezing in our bedroom, my husband and I looked under the bed to discover they didn't even touch under the bed! The fact that they couldn't finish an apartment of our size in 18 man hours is just ludicrous. We should have read the reviews in advance, this place is a scam.

My architectural interior design firm has been using Little Elves for many years. At the end of a project, when there is so much dust, they seem to always meticulously clean for my clients. There are times when the work is extremely demanding, and they are always patient and professional. Many of my clients continue to work with them on an on-going basis. I have nothing but highest regards for their work. Thank you Little Elves for always being there for me.

I renovated my apartment, which caused dust from the project to spread to my neighbor's apartment. She hired little elves to get dust from not just her furniture and rug, but between the wall moldings. She spoke extremely highly of the company - they were efficient, handled her items with great care, and got all the dust out of her apartment!

They are insured, which is required by some buildings. They are definitely on the pricey side. The total bill for over $1500. For that, I'm knocking down one star. You get high quality cleaning and care from little elves, so I recommend them if you ever find yourself in a situation like mine.

DO NOT USE! TOTAL RIPOFF! My decorator recommended them after I had my apartment renovated in January 2014. They charged me $1200 for a "super post construction" cleaning of a 700 sq. foot apartment. They left fingerprints and dust on my large clear pendant lights, construction dust and debris on my windowsills and moldings. Definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I'm torn in this. The VP(GM) David, he's totally unreliable guy and also hard to make normal conversation with common sense(May be language barrier, but then still very unreliable). First of all: SUPER EXPENSIVE, I'd rather had best cleaning service instead of local amateur OneManBand. That is why I chosen Little Elves. In terms of cleaning quality wasn't too bad, I would say just average nothing more than that.

But the biggest problem I've experienced is GM's job processing. I contacted him through email and all paper work done by email with C.C payment authorization form, contract form. As soon as cleaning crews got in my job place, GM(David) sent me the email like this: Hi, Just to let you know my team is there and they told me that they will need and less 5hrs.

I hope is ok with you. Thank you, David Brugiatelli General Manager/VP Operations I said "Yes" but then how did I supposed to know that means I would agree with the extra charge for extra an hour? Previously I spoke with the David regarding total amount of payment and he said $1,050 for 2nd fl of my parents house it only like approximately 800sq ft without any additional explains for extra charge and contract form either.

And then suddenly day after he told me by email like this: Morning, Just a quit note to thank you for call the Elves. I got the payment but you was short on $227.50. Please let me know if I can charge your cc for this amount. Cordially, David Brugiatelli General Manager/VP Operations Can you believe it? And I said: David, My parents said paid in full by cash already as $1,050 + $40 for crews tip.

I don't understand why you try to charge extra dollars. My parents got a receipt of payment. Again, I do not agree with the extra charge. Jason David said: No, they did not get a receipt. I no try to charge extra. I send an email telling you that they need one more our and you was agree. It was 5hrs each no 4hrs. So please send me a check or I will charge your cc. Thank you, David Brugiatelli General Manager/VP Operations

This company use to be know for good cleaning until they started ripping off people. DO NOT USE THEM. You will get a $2,500 invoice for a cleaning job that would be at the most $500 (and a super quality cleaning maybe $800). An empty 2,400 SF apartment can't be cleaned that much. There is no logic to their hours and manpower spent. On top they had to come back for follow up cleaning. You would think you can eat off the floors for a $2,500.

The new york little elves is the best company in nyc who I can trust to clean my projects, before construction and after installations. The company is reliable, well-priced and the workers are trust-worthy! Thanks Barbara & Sabrina for all your help.
