New Life Cleaners is a locally owned and operated company serving Lexington, Louisville, and the surrounding areas since 1990. We specialize in high end cleaning services for carpet, upholstery, oriental rugs, and hardwood floors. Additionally, we provide tile & grout, air duct cleaning and are licensed for such services as mold remediation, property damage repair and remodeling.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The rugs look great when I pick them up. The only reason they got four stars rather than five, was that they went over on the time they told me to expect. I had family coming to visit and I had planned on having my home staged as it was a first time anyone would see our new home, and the roads were not available on the pre told time.

I have used this company for over 20yrs but I recommended them recently to a friend of mine and service was not what I thought it should be. Haven't seen the pillows and cushions yet but supposed to be delivered today between 2 and 4 I will post an update to this review after I see the pillows and cushions

New Life cleaned three rooms of carpet for me and did an excellent job. On the same day they picked up two large area rugs with fringe that had never been cleaned. They were back in one week and both look fantastic. The service personnel were extremely professional but also friendly.

I have recommended New Life Cleaners for years because I know they get the job done right the first time. I love the fact they have Ozone Machines that can get strong odors out of the house. Sometimes I have clients who's homes smell like smoke. I always refer them to New Life. Great customer service and locally owned!
