The best customer service I have ever experienced! Had them come clean three wool area rugs that were left by the previous owners of the house I purchased. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the cleaning I paid for but hesitated to call because I really didn't know if the previous owners cleaned them properly before leaving them behind. I am so glad I decided to call them back!

Called three times and never answered the phone. So the fourth time I called I left a message. I wanted to make an appointment. No call back after three days. Needless to say I'm going to another company.

Chem-Dry did a great job on our carpets today. I have used them before and I will keep on using them. I tried other places and the carpet always takes a long time to dry. Chem-Dry does a much better job getting them clean. Thank you

Amazing! Elizabeth and Jose are wonderful. We use them all the time for our home in Danville and we trust them with our home. They are always available to us and do a lovely job. We have two dogs and a cat and high end carpet and this is how we keep it nice! Elizabeth and Jose have access to our home and are there while we are not and could not be a more stand up trustworthy service company. Been using AK Chem Dry for 10 years at least, and are always pleased with the result and the price. With white/off white carpeting, it is hard to get them perfectly clean, but Jose does the best job of any cleaner we have used. Klutz that I am, wine and greasy gravy gets spilled, along with the usual ground in dirt. But Jose gets it all out every time. Elizabeth, the owner, always calls me when Jose is on his way, which is typically near the end of a 2 hour window in the morning as he always does their commercial jobs early.

For those concerned about drying time, we have found that the first morning slot is the best time as the carpeting has all day to dry completely. When it is not warm or hot outside, it helps a lot to use portable fans or let your furnace fan run on air only setting. When it is warm/hot, turning on the AC dries it quickly. Another hint, buy Chem Dry spray spot cleaner at the same time for in between touch ups. Same price as from Amazon.

Jose and Ellie recently cleaned my carpets and I couldn't be happier. They did a thorough and fabulous job! They took the time to educate me on the best products for my carpet. I had used something where my dog peed that is not good for my carpets and hadn't even realized it. They made the area look good and now I know what to use. My carpet looks like new, just wish I could keep it that way. I will for sure use them again the next time I need to clean my carpets. Marilyn H

Ryan Greer from Chem-Dry came by our place sometime early last year. Unlike some customers, our carpet wasn't being used as a litter box, but it did have seven years worth of accumulated dirt and stains. Ryan's service was quick and professional and, by the end, the carpet actually looked clean. I was very impressed with Chem-Dry and, if the opportunity presented itself, I'd hire them again.

Selling my home and wanted it to look it's best. Zach from Chem Dry did a fantastic job. Very courteous and professional. I have used Chem-Dry several times and am so impressed with them. Ryan did a wonderful job today. He arrived on time and explained everything. He worked very hard and did a great job! You even get a discount when you are a returning customer.

We hired Chem-Dry of Salem to clean our bedroom carpet that had pet urine in the carpet. They were there one hour and when they left the bedroom smelled so bad we had to open the window and shut the door for a week. When it still smelled we called and they came back out and put chemicals on the carpet that left the room smelling of lemon chemicals.

When that smell wore off the room still smelled of pet urine. Five months later the carpet still smelled and we called another carpet cleaner to clean the carpet. They spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning and when they left the room smelled clean and FREE of urine and they were cheaper. I called Chem-Dry of Salem a week ago and they said they would have kept coming back until the carpet was free of the urine smell.

I have used AK Chem Dry for probably 10 years and have always had fabulous, friendly service. They show up on time and do great work for a reasonable price. Today I spilled a blue cleaner on my carpet and couldn't get it out. I called AK Chem Dry for an emergency visit. They responded and were at my house within an hour or two. And best of all they were able to get the blue cleaner out of my off-white carpet! I HIGHLY recommend them for general cleaning or for tough spots you think won't come out. Thank you AK Chem Dry!

First time user. Saw a coupon and booked an appt. Gave a 2 hr time window and called 20 min before they arrived during the window. i have been used to steam cleaners. They spray some type of solution on the carpet and then they use a circular pad to go over the carpet (three times in my case). Then they vacuum the carpet, A hard working couple did the work.

My carpets were rather stained, and they did a great job on the carpet. The stains were all gone! The carpet was damp, and most of it dried in about 2 hours. Parts that were stained orginally took longer to dry, probably because they sprayed more cleaning solution on it. After it dried, it looked nice. Everything was done well and I will use them again! With the coupon, they are very reasonably priced.

They gave me a three hour window. But didn't call and never showed up. When it already was late I called them but no answer so I left a message. They never called me back. Very disappointing.

I've used AK Chem dry several times and yes, they can be hard to get ahold of at times but they have always showed up. They do a great job and are very honest and hardworking people.

I called them last week to book an appointment after receiving a coupon in the mail. They showed up today (at the end of a 2 hour window) but were professional and incredibly hard-working. They got all my carpets, which were badly stained by my 2 dogs, clean and new looking! I felt very safe and they also cleaned my couch. It looks amazing too. I would highly recommend them! They confirmed the appointment the day before (yesterday) and they called today to let me know that they were arriving within 20 minutes.

I have used AK Chem Dry for almost 5 years. Up until recently, I would have given them a 4-5 star - always on time, very courteous on the phone, very thorough job. Unfortunately, their last visit left me very disappointed. I had arranged for them to clean all of the carpets in my house. We have white carpets and are neurotic about keeping the carpets clean (no shoes, no drinks etc.) When they arrived they told me that the price was going to basically double because I needed some "booster" treatment for stains.

I informed them that I was not interested. At that point, the technician told me that the booster was pre-mixed into the cleaning fluids in the machine - and that I would have to pay for it. (Wrong!) Needless to say, I did NOT pay for the booster. This last time, their cleaning was mediocre and I still had spots on my carpet after they left (which makes me wonder if the miracle "booster" was actually in there in the first place) Time to "clean house" and find a new green carpet cleaner!

We had a big holiday party during which several martinis seem to have found there way onto our white carpeting. My wife found a coupon for AK Chem Dry so we tried them. I was there at first since some of the cleaners we had before were creepy. The guy who came was professional, clean cut and did a great job. They have come a couple more times and are the only people my wife feels safe home alone with. In addition, their prices are pretty darn reasonable.
