They were extremely responsive and easy to book. The service was spectacular; I have a cat that sheds and all rooms were left spotless. The cleaners were friendly and efficient, my 1bed 1bath apartment was done in less than 2.5 hours and it was a perfect clean. I would happily book again!

Nancy's cleaning service did a great job on almost everything. They cleaned things that I hadn't expected having cleaned... which was good. But they didn't have a clue how to clean my ceramic tile countertops with coved edging. I found puddles of standing water on them the next day, with our Amazon device (electric) sitting in the middle of the puddle... huge fire hazard!

They also cleaned our vinyl floor the way they would have cleaned a tile floor, leaving it with lots of dirty wash water standing on it when they left. When it dried there was a foggy, dirty film all over. We had to go over it with wet swiffers to wash the old dirty wash water off.
But, the windows and blinds are clean, the oven and refrigerator sparkle, and the cobwebs and dust are gone from the ceiling and furniture.

They did arrive an hour late and there were only 2 in the crew. They spent a lot of time in the bedrooms and were very rushed by the time they got to the kitchen. One or two more people on the crew and an on time arrival would have helped.

They did a phenomenal job with a move-out in my sister in law’s apartment. I called Friday and Cynthia was able to accommodate us for Monday morning. She was booked for that day, but she arranged the team to arrive at 7 am as the walk - through was that afternoon. They even sent me photos of the finished product! I decided to higher a cleaning service to do a deep clean at my house and then maintenance cleaning thereafter. Nancy's team Jessi, Sandra and Teressa did a great job. They cleaned our four bedroom three bathroom house in 2 hours. They did a great job. The quote I received was the cost. It would have been ok if they stayed a little longer and charged a little more to get a little more cleaning in, but that is ok, most people would probably complain about that.

I called a lot of agencies prior to highering this one and the cost of services is competitive and reasonable. Will definitely higher them to continue with the maintenance cleaning. This will make my life so much easier.

My daughter's new house she was leasing was a complete mess when we tried to move her in. The kitchen and bathrooms were horrible. I called Nancy's house cleaning and they were able to get someone out the following day. They were thorough and the house looks like a totally different house. I will be using them again.

The team notify you of everything in my case they send me a text message when they start and then when the team finished. I like that a lot cause I was not at my house so I get notify and I went to check how was it

I generally clean my house myself but due to surgery I was unable to give it a really good cleaning. These ladies came in and did exactly what was discussed and the cleaning job was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Nancy and her son did a wonderful job cleaning up my apartment. I live with 5 other housemates and a dog and as you can imagine, the apartment was a mess.
