When I called this company (after finding their contact online) Patricia responded immediately and scheduled a free estimate within two days of the call! The cleaners were also able to start that same week which was great since I needed a deep clean immediately before moving back into my house after major reconstruction. I also appreciated how Patricia came with the cleaners when they arrived to explain everything I was requesting that they do/clean, and checked in a few times throughout the day to be sure that that was exactly being done. Lastly, she was back at the end of the day to be sure the work was completed to my liking and made sure I was satisfied with the final product. I appreciate that level of service.

Very impressed with the responsiveness of the owner, she was concise in her explanations and very professional in the aspect of business. I found this service through Google. After I filled out the form on their website, Patricia, the owner, got back to me immediately. She provided a pretty accurate estimate for a move-in cleaning over the phone. The rate was very fair comparing to other vendors that I have asked. On the scheduled day, Stephanie helped us with the move-in cleaning. She is very thorough and detail-oriented. There was also someone installing carpet in my home that day. Stephanie went above and beyond to clean up the messy carpet pieces. I highly recommend their service!

Patricia, the owner, is wonderful. She responded to me right away and came to my home to give me an estimate. I wanted a thorough cleaning before putting my home on the market. She also brought her husband to see if I needed any handyman jobs which I did. We scheduled the cleaning for that week and two of her employees came and cleaned my house top to bottom. Patricia stopped by to check up on them and at the end of the job.
I was very pleased. Next her husband came and took care of a number of small jobs for me. The kind of things you ignore for years. It was such a pleasure to have it all taken care of. I would definitely recommend Patricia and Multisolutions. She is very hands on and will make sure you are completely satisfied.
