My carpets were cleaned in a timely and professional manner. Keith called ahead of time to let me know he was running a few minutes behind schedule, which I really appreciated. It took us a few minutes to be on the same page with exactly what areas needed to be cleaned and what the total cost would be, but once Keith showed me the work order I was able to clearly see the breakdown. Keith did a great job making sure I was thoroughly content with the carpets before he left. I also appreciated Tiana's great customer service when I scheduled the appointment.

We haven't had our carpets professionally cleaned in years. Rodney at Modern Carpet Cleaning did a FANTASTIC job! We had an unsightly stain that trailed through our hallway we couldn't get out for the life of us and Rodney got it out without issue. He was here right on time and when we weren't 100% ready for for him he was very flexible and came back without issue at the new agreed upon time.
He was none intrusive and went above and beyond what I thought he was going to be able to do with our limited space and big furniture. I will absolutely use Modern Carpet Cleaning again and highly recommend it to others.

Rodney was great! Our appointment was at 8:30 and that's when he arrived. Came in and explained the process and asked if we had any concerns or special requests. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We were very pleased with his service. I recommend him and Modern Carpet Cleaning very highly. Curtis was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things cleaning carpets! He was very generous with his time and skill. He had finished an earlier job ahead of schedule and called me to provide some options for him to come early or whatever I needed to do, which I really appreciated since I had to negotiate my work schedule. The upstairs carpets in my new house needed a serious stretch (as well as shampoo service), and I know that it was quite the job, but I was seriously impressed with the work that the technician (I believe his name was Dustin) did. He was very friendly and nice, and worked really hard to make it look great.
