I had area rugs done. The owner came to do the work and was terrific. The cleaning was excellent and they're coming back to do my furniture and marble floors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Just bought a new condo, almost entirely carpeted. They were able to schedule me an appointment within a week. The technician (Dimitri) was on time, super friendly and knowledgeable. Came back a few hours later and everything was perfect! So happy with the results. Would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

We have used MM for 20 years. With 2 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats we needed them. I tried the do it yourself store rental machine.don't bother. They always do a great job! Hard to believe how much dirt comes out of the carpet. They also do wood floors.dry in only a few hours.

For the last 10 years I have called on Miracle Mist to clean the carpet in my husband's "man cave". The carpet comes clean and in like new condition every time. This is the 2nd time we've used Miracle Mist to have our ALL white furniture and rug cleaned! Each cleaning produced a "like new" look to our furniture and flokati rug, an extremely difficult rug to clean. The owner Blair insisted on coming out himself because he did the job the first time around. I couldn't believe with the high volume of work he remembered me and the house (which is not exactly close to his business) from over a year ago. Scheduling, dealing with the friendly staff and owner is always a pleasure. Pricing is great for the superior service and the mom and pop feel you get here vs a franchise makes you feel like a family friend. And best of all, the finished product is immaculate. Highly recommend!

I have had carpet cleaners in the past with no success. I reached out to friends for a recommendation and they highly recommended Miracle Mist. I used them and was AMAZED! They were professional, courtesy, friendly, and best of all.they did a remarkable job making my carpets look brand new. Stay away from the other carpet cleaners and go for the best.

These guys know what they are doing! We call them every year and they are awesome! Fast, efficient, professional company. They were so accommodating when we needed to change our appointment. They were on time and they finished the job quickly. They explained the process to me and then began, working quickly to get setup and start cleaning. They also took the time to offer some advice on keeping the carpet clean (post-cleaning) and reducing wear-and-tear over time.

The results were fantastic. I wish I had taken before-and-after photos because some of the areas of the carpet look like they were re-carpeted entirely, looking fresh and bright where before they were gross with dirt, grime and dust. All you can ask is for someone to stand by their work, and these guys do. I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them and will be using their service for future needs.

Carpets came out like brand new! My wife and I were thinking of ripping out the carpets in our new home we purchased but decided to have Miracle Mist give it a shot.they look brand new and saved us thousands by not having to replace. We have used them in the past and reccomended them many times to friends and family.

We had used this service in the past but they have gone down hill fast with over charging and shoddy work. Will not use them again.
