Minute Maids

Hired them to DEEP clean kitchen and two bathrooms for the house we were going to move in. Was quoted 180$ for 2 people and 2 hours of work. Work was done and upon closer inspection we were Extremely unhappy with the results. Particularly inside kitchen cabinets there were lots of places that were not touched. Ended up re-cleaning cabinets, stovetop, range hood (inside), shower door and lots of other things. That was not what deep cleaning was supposed to be. Hope that someone from management team reaches out to fix this whole situation.

We used the moving clean service when selling our house last week. Minit Maids was very easy to work with, very professional and friendly, and reasonably priced. They gave me a call a day or so prior to the requested service date to confirm everything with me, and when I checked afterwards they had done a great job! I would definitely recommend Minit Maids.

Team is always very kind and professional in the home. Communication is smooth and easy. Any problems and at all and Rick and his team will make it right. This review is long overdue. I've used Minit Maid's services a few times in the last couple years and I want to say that each time they did an excellent job. They are thorough and do a great job with hard to clean areas. Also, thank you to the cleaning ladies, Valerie and Anne for the amazing work!

We've been using Minit Maids for almost two years and are very happy--they are professional, friendly, reliable, and (maybe most importantly) are always sweet to our dog Toni (even though she often tries to "help" them). They're quick to respond and very accommodating whenever we need to adjust our cleaning schedule. While we haven't had any issues that would require them to come back and re-clean anything, I'm confident they would handle it appropriately if needed. We'll be moving in the fall and look forward to continuing our service with them in our new house.

Great and on time. It was a last minute request as my previously scheduled cleaned canceled at the last minute. Did an excellent job. Very thorough in areas I didn't even consider. Friendly and would definitely recommend.

Communication is horrible and customer service worst I've ever had! They do a great job cleaning when they come and if they come on the time and day they've promised!

Love this company. Efficient, reliable and trustworthy. Been with them for years. As someone who works 60+ hours a week. it's a joy to come home after they have been there.

The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is to clarify the difference between an old-fashioned "maid" than a cleaning service. This grows from a conversation I had with an older woman who expected that every object in her home be individually wiped off as "dusting". There are more limits with a cleaning service. That said, I am very happy with my MM crews.

I prefer one regular team, but when another team comes in, I enjoy their apparent focus on slightly different tasks. The folks are friendly, thorough. The office staff are professional and work with me when I have a special need.

I have used Minit Maids a couple times now and have been very happy with the results. They pay close attention to detail and do a great job. It's nice to come home to a clean house and trust the people that are in it when you are not there! The staff is always extremely friendly, they are prompt and show up on time.

Minit maids always do consistent, and excellent work. My favorite thing about them is there attention to detail. It's a great feeling to come home to a clean house after a long days work.

Amazing! I had my house cleaned two days ago by Landa and Shirley, they were very friendly and professional. I asked for a deep clean since it was my first time using a professional cleaner. The bathrooms are sparkling, my fridge looks great (inside and out)-my house looks brand new! I will definitely use them on a recurring basis.

Minit Maids has been cleaning our home for over 10 years. We are very pleased with their thoroughness, attention to detail, and price. We have seen a variety of different cleaning teams, but they have all been friendly and effective.

MinitMaids did a great job cleaning my apartment. They arrived right on time and we're in and our within the hour. I had them do an initial general clean and the place honestly looked flawless. Bathroom and kitchen areas was spotless, the carpet was well vacuumed and they even rearranged some of my magazines. Great attention to detail! Highly recommended.

We've used Minit Maids for about two years and they're excellent, everything you could want. I wanted to use a local service if at all possible instead of a national chain, so that's a nice plus. I have been using Minit Maids for more than 20 years, and I highly recommend their services. The office staff is friendly, pleasant and always willing to listen to the homeowner's concerns. The cleaning staff is also friendly and pleasant, and they do a great job. I wouldn't think of changing services.

I could not recommend Minit Maids more highly! Rick, the owner, came personally to check out my apartment shortly after I called. He made suggestions for a first-time deep cleaning and helped me set up subsequent cleanings. My schedule is particularly erratic (I rent out my place on Airbnb and often need to schedule cleanings at short notice), but they've been able to accommodate me each time.

The office staff is responsive and courteous, and the cleanings themselves are thorough and detailed. The value they provide is absolutely worth the money. 5 stars all around!

I have only used Minit Maids for a few months, but I am already VERY impressed. They do an amazing job cleaning my townhouse. Light years better than the other service I used previously. When I set up service, they were extremely thorough and did several follow up calls to confirm my preferences. They are very reasonably priced as well. Coming home every other Tuesday to a clean house is well worth it!

We have used Minit maids for years! We have a regularly scheduled monthly appointment and every time we are absolutely happy with the results and Being a household with 2 kids and a dog the crew definitely has their work cut out for them! If we are ever are not happy with something the crew will come back out the same day- luckily that rarely happens!

Minit Maids has been a wonderful addition to our family. We started using them years ago when our daughter was born and it has been a wonderful thing for us. Having Minit Maids take care of our house cleaning allows us to spend more time with the family. No longer are we tied up during our off times cleaning, instead we are doing things we like to do with friends and family. I suggest Minit Maids to all of my friends. When Minit Maids first came to my apartment, I was highly skeptical that I'd be impressed. I didn't think it was possible for somebody to make my apartment look cleaner than it did the day I moved in. They completely blew me away and far exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly when I communicate with them and the team that comes to my apartment continually leave me awestruck.

I have gotten to where my favorite day of the month is the day I come home after they've visited. I look forward to getting home all day. Love Fridays when I get home and the Minit Maid has been there. The house seems to sparkle and I get a good feeling that my home has been taken care of by a team who takes pride in their work. We have pets so it takes extra effort to make sure the hair on the floor is gone. Thanks to the entire Minit Maid crew from the person who schedules the cleaning to the last person out the door who makes sure it's locked.
