I just wanted to really leave a review. Dan came to my home to clean my carpet. He was professional and very courteous. He did a really good job cleaning the carpet. There was something on the carpet that he couldn't get out with the carpet cleaning machine but he has a handy tool in the truck that got it out.

We just had Dad's apartment carpets cleaned, in the Toledo area. The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning). The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely.
We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more exact arrival time. When Sean and his crew showed up, they got right to work, were quick, thorough and conscientious. They cleaned all requested areas and were respectful of our things. And what a reasonable price! We will be contacting them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Highly recommend
