Merchants Building Maintenance is a full-service, family-owned and operated commercial cleaning company that has grown to become one of the largest providers in the Southwestern US. As a family-owned and operated business, our company success is closely tied to our family history. Ted Haas and two fraternity brothers start Merchants Building Maintenance with the goal of building a thriving service-based business requiring little startup capital. Original operations took place from a garage in Azusa, CA.

Called and left a message for HR to call me back. My father worked here around 50 years ago and he is looking into his possible pension plan he had through a union. No response. Does HR return messages?

If I could I would give them zero stars they don't pay their employees what they work! Because of the outbreak they ask for more cleaning to be done but don't offer to pay their employees more they don't offer nor pay the accumulated vacation time the mileage pay is terrible last time I checked gas is not $1 on the stub they just say "Thank you" for helping combat Covid19 but don't provide protective gear! You're better off working at McDonald's this place is bad! I'm surprised They don't have a lawsuit against them!
