MCMAHON HOMES SERVICES, a division of McMahon Maintenance Inc., Has locations conviently located in Naperville, Downers Grove and Hinsdale. We specialize in residential window washing as well as commercial window washing in the Greater Chicago Suburban area. We have built our business on service and for that reason our employees are well trained professionals who are punctual, efficient, courteous, neat in workmanship and appearance.
McMahon Home Services all types of residential homes, businesses, condominiums, schools, churches, commercial accounts and more. We use lambs wool applicators to reduce the possibility of dripping water onto carpets or floors. Joy dish washing soap, lint free rags and we place drop cloths under each window frame.
McMahon Home Services cleans all gutters by hand and places all the debris in bags to be disposed. We hose down gutters and downspouts to ensure there is no blockage. We will also take apart downspouts if necessary to dislodge blockage from gutter and reassemble upon completion. We also professionally install gutter guards.
McMahon Home Services power washes homes or businesses using only biodegradable environmentally safe cleaning products. Power washing is an excellent way to remove dirt, mold and mildew. This can cause early deterioration of your homes exterior surfaces. We power wash wood framed house, brick, stucco, drivit and either vinyl or aluminum sided homes and garages.

I'm so sad to write this review.have used this company for 25 years but things have changed! This was a family business with great service. Had my windows washed in July 2021. Usually costs around $600, was $1000 this year. After they left and the sun angle changed, I noticed they missed about 6 windows and also all of my skylights. I called back and he said he would look into the price and missed windows. It has been 6 weeks and numerous calls on my part and nothing! Do NOT use this company for anything, they have completely lost it. Not right at all.

Wow. Pat McMahon sent a young fellow named Manuel. He spent 8 hours here washing 28 windows inside and out. He also took a blade to paint smudges left on the glass by sloppy housepainters and worked like a surgeon. Best job I've ever seen by a window washer. I gladly paid the $385. I'll call Pat again and tell him to send Manuel the window magician!
