I've been a client of Maximum for over 5 years for both house cleaning and junk removal. Maximum's personnel, efficiency, timeliness and ability to "Get the job done!" is STELLAR!

I can't recommend Maximum Cleaning enough. Maximum Cleaning has provided a team to clean my house for the past 20 years. They are incredibly reliable and professional at all times, and the quality of work is always good. Very responsive to requests and modifications of the ongoing cleaning service they provide to my family. They do weekly cleaning of my house, and we've also used the company for deep cleaning projects (i.e. with a move into a house, etc.). Highly recommend this company!

The company did a good job cleaning up, but unfortunately there were late for the appointment we had set. Could've used a heads up.

Maximum Cleaning Service did a remarkable job in a home that had been cleared of its entire contents by Junk Rat's removal service. The two women cleaners did an amazing clean up of the bathroom and kitchen. They cleaned areas that I thought were impossible to clean. Those areas sparkled! I never wrote a review before (FIRST TIME), but I wanted to inform everyone of the type of unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful people you will be dealing with if you hire this company! They are NOT THE BEST CLEANING COMPANY, but they get the job done. After calling several times and requesting for an invoice, I finally received one. When I stated I didn't understand what they sent me, the person (who said her name was Jacey) called me STUPID OVER AND OVER AGAIN and said THAT EVEN HER MOTHER WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH WOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WROTE (mind you that after speaking with the owner later on, he acknowledged the fact that it was confusing the way they wrote it). Jacey then hung up on me (It wasn't the first time an employee from this company hung up on me. Alline Ferreira screamed at me over the phone and ALSO hung up on me two days prior). They are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND VERY, VERY DISRESPECTFUL! I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER hire this company!

I hired them for a move in cleaning service. The cleaning was at best average - many items missed including the refrigerator, some cabinets and windows, etc. Definitely not worthy of the top $$$ they charge per person per hour.

Excellent service. Prompt response and fast, efficient service. I highly recommend using Maximum. We had a house to clean out and the owner was a hoarder. Robbie responded to my call of late Friday and came out Saturday morning to assess the job. Bright and early Monday morning, Robbie and his crew arrived, worked tirelessly, quickly and efficiently. In a few days the house was clean out. Excellent company to work with.

My husband and I recently bought a new house and had to use this service to remove a lot of junk we had accumulated over the years. Robbie and Jesus were courteous, extremely professional and very hard workers! They cleaned out our 2-floor apartment plus a bunch of old stuff from the basement in a timely manner! The prices are very reasonable! As a side-note, we also used this service to clean out my Mom's house after she passed away a little over a year ago. After living in that house for over 40 years, she had accumulated a bunch of junk too! I would HIGHLY recommend using this service for ALL your junk removal needs!

Requested a move in clean, which isn't cheap they didn't even clean the inside of the fridge which is the first thing you should do for a move in/out clean. The person who came to do the estimate specifically pointed to the air vent and said they would clean it and when I moved in it was so dusty! Besides wiping down surfaces, I'm not sure what they cleaned.

When I called to complain (I never write reviews or complain, so you know it has to be bad), they offered me only $20 off! Really? That's not even 10%. Needless to say, I won't be using them ever again
