Thanks to Roland, my home feels brand new! Our carpets just got a facelift and another several years of life. He really puts the time and effort into knowing his craft, and knowing it well, by using targeted products that actually work based on chemistry combined with the type of surface he's cleaning. I was truly impressed and would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you're using anyone else, you're doing it wrong. Roland and MasterKleen are just the best.

I have used Masterkleen a number of times and would give them my highest rating. I have two dobermans so carpets get soiled but after cleaning they look very clean once again. I called Roland because I had a Red stain on my brand new carpet, and I didn't think that it could come out. He was prompt and very nice. He told me that he would be able to get the stain out. I have had Masterkleen clean the carpeting in our home several times when they needed it. I have found that, each time, I was extremely happy with the results and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I had used Stanley Steemer and others in this business, but never was very happy with their results. So, now when we need to have our carpets cleaned, I don't call anyone else.

One more thing - their pricing is competitive, but not the lowest you can find. You can always find deals, but the quality of the work counts more with me than hiring the cheapest around, and I've always been happy with the outcome with Masterkleen.

Had Stanley Steamer come out and was very disappointed by their work. I found Masterklejeners and was impressed by the knowledge of carpet and stain removal that we so much needed with two dogs and all. They managed to bring my carpet back to its original color and get some really bad stains out. I would recommend Roland Racette to anyone needing their floors cleaned. Great Job and I will be using them again.

The prices are reasonable beyond a doubt and the service was personalized. I had been putting off getting the carpets cleaned after multiple attempts of "at home" remedies with no results. They were professional and courteous and really took the time to explain the chemistry behind the stains and how they would attempt to lift or improve them.

Masterkleen did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! I called two other major companies before I found Masterkleen online. The other two never returned my calls or emails but Roland at Masterkleen called back within a day. He was patient with me, answering all my questions about how best to clean berber carpet ( I also have two dogs). I am very satisfied with their work. The carpet looks fantastic now and the whole house smells good. I will definitely use them again. Just ask for Roland!

I have used Masterkleen regularly for years, when I used to live in Chesapeake, and more recently in Virginia Beach. They have always arrived on time and gotten my carpets and upholstery clean beyond belief. Once I had a stain on my carpet that would not come out. Roland was able to patch it, like it never happened. They also do an amazing job with tile and grout.
