Convenient location and friendly service. I read some of the older reviews and I think that the customer service was clearly lacking a few years ago and agree that there were some customer facing workers who clearly hated their job. However, there have been big improvements since then. The quality has always been good. The service reliable. I've patronized this business for over 15 years and plan to continue. I know COVID has been difficult and needs have changed. The hours during COVID have been reduced so make sure to check.

My money was stolen. The woman working the counter let me pre-pay cash up front, and when I went to pick up my item they had no record of my payment and I had to pay again. The woman even claimed that she was not working the day I dropped off my item, when I clearly remember that she handled my transaction. Not only did she lie to my face, but it is most likely that she pocketed the money for herself. I would be willing to speak about my experience, please provide a number or email that I can best reach someone at. Thank you.

Super secret prices. Not only they are super expensive you can't even find out the cost. The receipt doesn't have breakdowns. After getting your stuff dry cleaned twice, you can afford a new garment they are so expensive. In Ithaca business like this exists whereas in any other location they'd be out of businesses with these prices and practices.

Ruined my new suit. It came back with very noticeable "waffling" in two areas. About 1 sqft total. Maybe was overheated or something, but whatever the case it was not there before.

After reading the reviews I was really worried, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service is actually friendly (at the least adequate), my shirts were quickly done within a day, and the results were very good quality.

Realized that they gave me an extra shirt that was not mine. When I go back and told about it, they insisted that the shirt is mine and refused to refund.

RUDE. A customer is NOT a first priority in this joint. Their downtown location is much more friendly.

I've patronized the Mall Cleaners for two years and I've finally hit the last straw. In those two years, I have received egregious customer service. When you walk in, you are greeted with a grimace and contempt. They have ruined two dress shirts and almost ruined a cashmere sport coat (another dry cleaner in Utica saved it). I've brought mildly stained shirts to them that they claimed they could not remove (I believe they never tried) and then brought that same shirt to another dry cleaner who said "no problem." Indeed, it wasn't a problem. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

SO RUDE! It's my very FIRST review of any kinds but I have to write it now. I never thought about writing my first review with this word. I have lived in U.S. for few decades but never have been treated this badly. I felt like I was a criminal being asked my name. Please DO NOT even walk into this place if you don't want to ruin your day.

I went back to talk to the owner but there was no response for their terrible service. I know I'm not reviewing their dry cleaning service but I already know that it won't be good at all.

It's not cheap, but none of the dry cleaners in the area are. I used another cleaner (who will go unnamed for now) a few times, and my clothes started to come back smelling funky. Now I'm taking clothes here instead, and I've had no issues. Everything comes back nice and clean, pressed and perfect.

Terrible service. rude employees. clothes covered in animal (?) hair after "cleaning". clothes returned with NEW STAINS after "cleaning". simple stains declared impossible to remove without even trying. crooked creases. pants only halfway pressed. unreasonably expensive. my family has been in the dry cleaning business for nearly two decades. i know a good dry cleaning job when i see one - and i know what it looks like when people don't care and just rush a garment through the process without any concern for the final product. i know the difference between a stain that can or can't be removed, and i know when a place takes any time at all to try and actually clean something. i've given the mall dry cleaners three chances to do my suits and shirts even halfway decently. as far as i'm concerned, they've completely struck out. i would not recommend that you give them a chance.
